New Delhi, 04 December (NNS): The upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be weak in the current week because the confectioners are purchasing less amount of stock on seeing the wedding for only one weeks, whereas, the availability of liquid milk reported to be around 2.30 crore litres. In contrary to this, today, the exporters are purchasing less amount of stock from the cooperatives of Tamil Nadu and the plants of Maharashtra, on seeing this, the companies have reduced the prices by Rs 10 per kg and the deals have been quoted at the lower level. Now, the premium quality milk powder also ruling at Rs 275/288 per kg and its prices may decrease by Rs 10 per kg in the second fortnight of December. The demand of sweets and the dry fruits manufacturers have been fulfilled for wedding. The supply of liquid milk showed heavy increment in the plants, due to which, the production of milk powder has been started increasing day by day.

दूध पाउडर-चालू सप्ताह में 10 घटे

नई दिल्ली, 4 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की चालानी मांग चालू सप्ताह के शुरुआत में कुछ कमजोर रही, क्योंकि हलवाइयों द्वारा एक सप्ताह की और शादियों को देखकर माल कम खरीदा जा रहा है, दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि 2.30 करोड़ लीटर हो गई है। उधर महाराष्ट्र के प्लांट से एवं तमिलनाडु कोऑपरेटिव से निर्यातकों की दूध पाउडर में मांग आज काफी कमजोर रही, इसे देखकर कंपनियों ने पिछले दिनों 10 रुपए प्रति किलो घटाए दिये हैं, सौदे भी घटाकर बोलने लगे हैं। अब प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 275/288 रुपए प्रति किलो रह गया तथा दिसंबर के दूसरे पखवाड़े में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और घट सकता है। शादियों की खपत के लिए मिठाई तथा मावा निर्माताओं की पूर्ति हो गयी है। प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई लगी है जिसके चलते दिन प्रतिदिन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन बढ़ेगा।

Desi ghee: production pressure may increase

New Delhi, 04 December (NNS): The stored stock of desi ghee has been started increasing because the supply of liquid milk also increasing constantly and the amount of fats seems high in milk. There will be the combustion of venus from 12^th December, due to this, the weddings will delayed till 14^th January. On the other hand, the selling of best quality desi ghee gets affected due to the constant selling of adulterated stock, but the butter of 80/82 percent of fats has been started producing in all the companies and the production pressure will remain till 3 months in the plants. Some companies are producing the stock the full fledged stock on regular basis, but the sale seems weak as expectedly, due to this reason, the premium quality stock also ruling at Rs 8900/9150 per quintal. The companies are selling the stock at the lower level and the prices of adulterated stock also selling between Rs 6500/7000 per quintal.

देसी घी-अभी उत्पादन का प्रेशर बढ़ेगा

नई दिल्ली, 4 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) अब देसी घी का स्टाक प्लांटों में काफी बढ़ने लगा है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति लगातार बढ़ने लगी है तथा दूध में फैट की मात्रा भी अधिक आ रही है। इधर 12 दिसंबर को शुक्र अस्त हो रहे हैं, जिससे 14 जनवरी तक शादियां नहीं होगी। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी घी, बढ़िया देसी घी को बिकने में परेशानी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन सभी कंपनीयों में 80-82 फैट्स का बटर प्रचुर मात्रा में बनने लगा है तथा प्लांटों में उत्पादन का प्रेशर कम से कम 3 महीने रहेगा। कुछ कंपनियां रेगुलर में जो उत्पादन करती हैं, उनमें अधिकतर में उत्पादन फुल फ्लैश हो रहा है, लेकिन उसके अनुरूप बिक्री नहीं हो रही है। यही कारण है कि बाजार में 8900/9150 रुपए देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के रह गए हैं। कंपनियां घटे भाव पर बिकवाल हैं, मिलावटी माल 6500/7000 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे हैं।
