New Delhi, 02 December (NNS): The full fledged plants have been started running in North India. The companies have traded the stock at the old prices in the current week. Today, the prices of premium quality milk powder also being available at Rs 285/295 per kg. The prices of inferior quality stock and the stock of both south and Maharashtra also being quoted at Rs 220/225 and Rs 250/260 per kg respectively. The production of milk has been stared increasing and the amount of fats reported to be high, due to this, the companies are purchasing the stock at Rs 55/58 per litre. Now, the trade of milk powder should not be done at the higher level because this is the peak time of the season.

दूध पाउडर-अभी तेजी का समय नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 2 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। चालू सप्ताह में कंपनियों ने पुराने भाव पर दूध पाउडर का व्यापार किया है। आज खुलते बाजार प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 285/295 रुपए लिवाल जरूरत का ही व्यापार कर रहा है। नीचे वाले माल 200/225 रुपए एवं साउथ व महाराष्ट्र के माल 250/260 रुपए के बीच बोल रहे हैं। दूध का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है तथा फैट की मात्रा अधिक हो जाने से 55/58 रुपए प्रति लीटर कंपनियां खरीद रही हैं। अब इन भावों में दूध पाउडर में तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए, क्योंकि सीजन का पीक समय चल रहा है।

Desi ghee: should trade as per the needs

New Delhi, 02 December (NNS): The supply of raw milk reported to be around 2.25 crore litres on daily basis in North India from which almost 1450/1500 metric tonnes of desi ghee has been producing on daily basis. The extra consumption rather than marriages are not been there in any market. Now, the demand seems constant only in the distributive markets. The wedding season will remain over after 10 days and today, the traders are doing competitive buying of liquid milk in some areas, due to its effect, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level during the previous days and it is profitable to sell the stored stock at the current level and the buying of the stock seems profitable for the storage.

देसी घी-अभी जरूरत का व्यापार

नई दिल्ली, 2 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सवा दो करोड़ लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, जिसमें देशी घी का उत्पादन 1450-1500 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक हो रहा है। किसी भी मंडी में शादियों के अलावा और कोई अतिरिक्त खपत नहीं है। अब सेकंड पॉइंट पर वितरक मंडियों में केवल बिक्री चल रही है। शादियां 10 दिन बाद बंद हो जाएंगी आज कुछ क्षेत्रों के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा में खरीद करते बोले गए, इसके प्रभाव से देसी घी भी पिछले दिनों घंटे भावों पर ही टिका हुआ है, इन भाव में स्टॉक का माल बेचना चाहिए तथा स्टॉक हेतु रुक कर माल खरीदना लाभदायक रहेगा।
