New Delhi, 28 November (NNS): The prices of desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 800 per tin as compared to the same period of the previous year, whereas, liquid milk prices also eased by Rs 2/2.5 per kg, due to this, the stock has been available at the higher rates. On the other hand, the export of new deals of butter seems feeble as compared to the same period of the previous year, due to this reason, there is no logic of increment in the prices of desi ghee. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee which is selling at Rs 8900/9200 per quintal and the prices may decrease in the next week. Here, the adulterated stock of desi ghee also selling between Rs 6000/7000 per quintal as per the quality, but its prices have not been open in the markets.

देसी घी-तेजी का कोई लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 28 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव अभी 800 रुपए प्रति टीन ऊपर चल रहे हैं, जबकि लिक्विड दूध दो-ढाई रुपए प्रति लीटर नीचे बिक रहा है, इसलिए कंपनियों को पड़ता लग रहा है। दूसरी ओर बटर के नए सौदे, गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की अपेक्षा निर्यात में कम हो रहे हैं, इस वजह से अभी देसी घी में तेजी का कोई लॉजिक नहीं है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 8900/9200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी अगले सप्ताह मंदा आ सकता है। इधर मिलावटी माल 6000/7000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन इसका बाजारों ओपन भाव नहीं है।

Milk powder: decrease after some time

New Delhi, 28 November (NNS): The supply of raw milk reported to be around 1.75 crore litres in the whole week in North India, from which, 1650/1660 metric tonnes of the stock expected to be produce on daily basis. In contrary to this, the sale of the stock seems feeble and the stockists are waiting for the downfall in the prices, due to this, the market reported to be sluggish and the new stock has been started storing in the companies. On the other hand, the cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu also being available at the lower level, on seeing these circumstances, the premium quality milk powder is being traded at Rs 285/295 per kg and the market may decrease after some time.

दूध पाउडर-और मंदा ठहर कर आएगा

नई दिल्ली, 28 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति पूरे सप्ताह के अंतराल औसतन दो करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हुई, जिसमें 1650-1660 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक उत्पादन होने का अनुमान है। जबकि उस अनुपात में बिक्री नहीं है तथा स्टॉकिस्ट भी अभी और मंदे के इंतजार में हैं, इसलिए बाजार सुस्त चल रहा है तथा कंपनियों में नए उत्पाद का स्टॉक बढ़ने लगा है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी घटाकर मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए जो वर्तमान भाव में 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो के प्रीमियम क्वालिटी दूध पाउडर बिक रहा है, उसमें अभी ठहरकर मंदा आएगा।
