New Delhi, 21 November (NNS): The prices of cow milk powder have been quoted down by Rs 10 per kg in South India. The supply of liquid milk reported to be high after October. On the other hand, the cooperatives of all the states also quoting its prices at the lower level. In the current week, the leader companies of North India have been selling the milk powder after declining it by Rs 10 per kg. In November, it’s prices slipped by Rs 10 per kg and the delivery of sold stock has already been over, on seeing this, the prices may decrease after sometime. In spot, the exporters have been purchasing the stock from both Maharashtra and Tamilnadu, in the circumstances; the milk powder which is selling at Rs 285/295 per kg at the current level, now, it is profitable to sell the stock constantly. Notably, the plants of North India have been running in pressure. It is expected that the consumption of milk powder may decrease, due to this, the stored stock of milk powder has been started increasing.

दूध पाउडर- दक्षिण भारत में भी सस्ते हुए

नई दिल्ली, 21 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) दक्षिण भारत के काऊ दूध पाउडर 10 रुपए घटाकर बोलने लगे हैं, इधर अक्टूबर के बाद लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है। दूसरी ओर सभी राज्यों की कोआपरेटिव्स भी घटाकर बोलने लगे हैं। उत्तर भारत की लीडर कंपनियां चालू सप्ताह में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर को और घटाकर बेचने लगी हैं। नवंबर माह में 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट आ चुकी है तथा पहले के बिके हुए मालों की डिलीवरी पूरी हो गई है, इसे देखते हुए थोड़ा ठहर कर और मंदा लग रहा है। हाजिर में निर्यातक भी महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु से कम माल खरीद कर रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव में जो दूध पाउडर 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो का बिक रहा है, इसमें बिकवाली करते रहनी चाहिए। गौरतलब है कि उत्तर भारत के प्लांट प्रेशर से चलने लगे हैं। आगे खपत और घटने वाली है, इसलिए दूध पाउडर स्टॉक में बढ़ने लगा है।

Desi ghee: prices decreased by Rs 10 per kg

New Delhi, 21 November (NNS): The full-fledged plants have been started running in North India because the availability of liquid milk reported to be high and the amount of fats also improved in milk. The all-round production of butter has been started increasing in the plants. On the other hand, the deals of exporters have not being pending in the plants. In contrary to this, the delivery of the sold stock have already been over in the previous month, due to this reason, the companies have reduced the prices  by Rs 40 which stood  in consumer pack at Rs 530 and in big tins at Rs 9000/9300 in the current week. We believe that the actual desi ghee manufacturers are facing a lot of problems because the adulterated stock has been selling out constantly at the sluggish rates, due to this reason, the sale of that stock has not been profitable. The stored stop has been selling out at the lower level as compared to the companies, due to this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current rates during the near future.

देसी घी-10 रुपए प्रति किलो और घटे

नई दिल्ली, 21 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि काफी बढ़ गई है तथा फैट की मात्रा भी दूध में बढ़ी है। बटर की चौतरफा प्लांटों में उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है। ऊधर निर्यातकों के सौदे प्लांटों में पेंडिंग नहीं हैं। दूसरी ओर  बिके हुए मालों की डिलीवरी पिछले महीने तक ही पूरी हो गई थी, इस वजह से कंपनियां चालू सप्ताह में आज को मिलाकर 40 रुपए घटकर उपभोक्ता पर 530 रुपए एवं बड़े टीनों में 9000/9300 रु कर दिए हैं। हम मानते हैं कि मिलावटी माल लगातार मंदे भाव में बिकने से असली देसी घी निर्माताओं को परेशानी हो रही है, जिस कारण उनके मालों की बिक्री में ज्यादा लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है। स्टाक के माल कंपनीयों के भाव से नीचे बिक रहे हैं, इसलिए इन भावों में माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
