New Delhi, 13 November (NNS): There is a shortage of butter stock in the plants at the current level, but the small plants are quoting the prices of adulterated stock of pea at Rs 390/400 per kg. Now, the best quality butter stock which is being available at Rs 470 per kg, now, its sale seems good as comparatively. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling at the lower level, but the best quality stock will sell at its own prices. The stock is being traded down by Rs 100/150 per tin as compared to the best quality stock. Here, the prices of premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9900/10050 per quintal as per the quality, whereas, the adulterated stock also being available at Rs 7000/7800 per quintal in thikana reach.

देसी घी- अभी बाजार में ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 13 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) इस समय प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक ज्यादा नहीं हो पाया है, लेकिन मिलावटी बटर 390/400 रुपए प्रति किलो छोटे प्लांटों तक गुपचुप में अराजक तत्व पहुंचाने लगे है। अभी बढ़िया बटर स्टॉक की कमी में जो 470 रुपए प्रति किलो में उपलब्ध हो रहा है, उसकी बिक्री अभी अच्छी चल रही है। मिलावटी देसी घी की बिक्री सस्ते भाव में हो रही है, लेकिन बढ़िया माल अभी अपने भाव पर बिकेगा। बढ़िया माल कंपनियों की अपेक्षा 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन कंपनियां नया माल काफी तेज बोल रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के हिसाब से 9900/10050 रुपए बिक रहे हैं, जबकि मिलावटी माल 7000/7800 रुपए के बीच ठिकाना पहुंच में बेच रहे हैं।

नई दिल्ली, 13 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध का पीक सीजन शुरू हो गया है,अब धीरे-धीरे प्लांटों में आपूर्ति बढ़ने लगी है। हालांकि प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलाने में काफी मशक्कत करनी पड़ रही है। थोक मांग मावा निर्माताओं की शादियों के लिए बनी हुई है, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर के बाजार अकड़ गए हैं, लेकिन सीजन को देखकर मंदे की धारणा बनने लगी है। पहले की अपेक्षा आज मांग कम रही है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए 305/315 रुपए प्रति किलो के दूध पाउडर में तेजी को विराम लग रहा है। अत: स्टाक निकालते रहना चाहिए।
