Here, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9800/10050 per tin in the companies of Delhi NCR. The adulterated stock also selling at Rs 6000/7800 per quintal as per the brand.

देसी घी- मिलावटी माल का प्रेशर

नई दिल्ली, 31 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि मिलावटी देसी घी का व्यापार दिल्ली से दूर दराज की मंडियों में धड़ल्ले से सुना गया। यहां भी कुछ अराजक तत्व हलवाइयों को सीधे सप्लाई नामी ब्रांडों के नाम से गोदाम पहुंच में करने लगे हैं, इससे मंडियों में व्यापार कम जरूर हो गया है। इसके अलावा ऑनलाइन उपभोक्ता पैक में भी देसी घी का व्यापार धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजारों में व्यापार कम जरूर हुआ है, लेकिन प्लांटों में एक साथ प्रोडक्शन शुरू हो जाने से लिक्विड दूध में अभी भी प्रतिस्पर्धा बनी हुई है, इसे देखते हुए देसी घी में निकट में बढऩे की संभावना नहीं है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 9800/10050 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच कंपनियां दिल्ली एनसीआर पहुंच में माल बेच रही हैं। मिलावटी माल 6000/7800 रुपए के बीच ब्रांड के हिसाब से सप्लाई कर रहे हैं।

Its prices have been ruling at the strong level in the international markets, but there, the stock of Maharashtra have been selling out constantly, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may not show downfall. Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-हलुवाइयों की मांग घटी

नई दिल्ली, 31 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में चालू सप्ताह लोकल एवं चालानी मावा निर्माताओं की मांग में कमी आ गई। उधर निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर कम खरीद कर रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि पिछले ढाई महीने से त्यौहारी खपत अच्छी चल थी, अब कोई त्यौहार अतिरिक्त खपत नहीं है। उससे पहले कार्तिक मास की खपत पूरी हो चुकी है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में इसके भाव कुछ मजबूत चल रहे है, लेकिन वहां महाराष्ट्र के माल जा रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव आगे मंदे चल लग रहे हैं। अत: मुनाफा लेते रहना चाहिए।
