New Delhi, 13 October (NNS): The big companies of North India have gained the prices of premium quality desi ghee by Rs 300 to Rs 9900/10100 per quintal due to the lack of fats in the previous week. Here, most of the plants are producing less amount of stock due to the shortage of milk, due to this, the market will likely to remain high. However, the adulterated stock of desi ghi has been selling out rapidly in thikana reach. Apart from this, the prices will remain high till diwali and the demand has been started increasing in the markets of khari Bauli, Karol Bagh, Rohini and Jamuna Par. The plants will start after Diwali, therefore it’s prices may improved by Rs 10/15 per kg due to the shortage of stock.

देसी घी-अभी तेजी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 13 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की बड़ी कंपनियों द्वारा गत सप्ताह में फैट की कमी से देसी घी के भाव 300 रुपए प्रति टीन और बढ़ा दिए यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 9900/10100 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। इधर अधिकतर प्लांट दूध की कमी से कम उत्पादन कर रहे हैं। अभी कारण तेजी  बनी हुई है। हालांकि ठिकाना पहुंच में मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं। इसके बावजूद तेजी अभी दिवाली तक रहेगी। खारी बावली करोल बाग रोहिणी जमुना पार की मंडियों में ग्राहकी की निकलने लगी है। प्लांट दिवाली के बाद ही प्रेशर में चलेंगे, अत: माल की कमी से 10/15 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी आ सकती है।

Milk powder: no more downfall

New Delhi, 13 October (NNS): The full fledged plants of milk powder will likely to start after 10 to 12 days in North India but the wholesale demand of Diwali has already been over. However, the companies are doing competitive buying on seeing the current season because of the lack of fats in the companies. During the previous week, the prices of milk powder went down by Rs 10 to Rs 300/305 per kg during the previous week. The upcountry demand of milk powder has already been full fulfilled in some of the states like Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, Haryana and Punjab, due to this reason the market may show more downfall, due to this, it is profitable to sell the stored stock in the markets.

दूध पाउडर- अभी और मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 13 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी 10-12 दिन का समय और लगेगा, लेकिन दिवाली की थोक बिक्री लगभग पूरी हो चुकी है। हालांकि सीजन  को देखकर कंपनियां दूध प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खरीद कर रही हैं, क्योंकि कंपनियों में फैट की कमी है। गत सप्ताह 10 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव घटकर  300/305 रुपए रह गए हैं। दूध पाउडर की चालानी मांग बिहार झारखंड यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब सहित समस्त राज्यों की दिवाली हेतु पूरी हो गई है, जिस कारण अभी और मंदा लग रहा है,इसलिए स्टाक के माल बेचना चाहिए।
