New Delhi, 10 October (NNS): the supply of raw milk reported to be high in North India as compared to before but there is competition in its buying as the consumption of liquid milk seems high in poly pack. The companies are purchasing the best quality milk at Rs 64/65 per kg. Now, the full fledged plants will likely to start after sometime. The stock of liquid milk which seems high in the plants, due to this, the consumption of polypack reported to be around 66%. Notably, the wholesale consumption of Diwali has almost been over, due to this, the companies have reduced the prices of premium quality milk powder by Rs5 to Rs 300/310 per kg. Apart from this, the inferior quality stock also being traded at Rs 260/270 per kg, on seeing these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the crisis of milk powder but the trade should not be done at the higher level.

दूध पाउडर- अभी और मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 10 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गई है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध की पॉली पैक में खपत बढ़ जाने से खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा चल रही है। कंपनियों द्वारा बढ़िया दूध 64/65 रुपए तक भी खरीद किया जा रहा है। अभी पाउडर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में समय बाकी है। जो लिक्विड दूध प्लांटों में बढ़ा है, उससे पोली पैक मे 66 प्रतिशत खपत हो रही है। गौरतलाप है कि दिवाली की थोक खपत लगभग पूरी हो गई है, इसलिए कंपनियों ने 5 रुपए प्रति किलो घटाकर दूध पाउडर के भाव 300/310 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के कर दिए हैं। नीचे वाले माल 260/270 रुपए बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर के भाव में अभी और मंदा लग रहा है, लेकिन अभी तेजी बिल्कुल नहीं है।

Desi ghee: reached at the previous higher level

New Delhi, 10 October (NNS): Presently, there is a shortage of fats in the plants of UP Haryana Punjab Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. On the other hand, the all round demand of Diwali and chhath Puja has been started increasing constantly. The government has imposed the GST of 7% over desi ghee during the previous month, due to this, the prices assured downfall during the and of the previous month but again its prices ascended to Rs 9900/10100 per quintal and the prices may not show more downfall but it may increased by Rs 20 per kg on seeing the consumption.

देसी घी- फिर पिछली ऊंचाई पर पहुंचा

नई दिल्ली, 10 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) वर्तमान में यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश के प्लांटों में फैट्स की कमी इस समय चल रही है। दूसरी ओर  दिवाली व छठ पूजा की चौतरफा मांग निकलने लगी है,। पिछले माह सरकार द्वारा सात प्रतिशत देसी घी पर जीएसटी घटा दिए जाने  पिछले माह के अंत में क्षणिक मंदा आया था, लेकिन फिर भाव छलांग लगाकर 9900/10100 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच पहुंच गए हैं तथा अभी आगे मंदा नहीं लग रहा है, बल्कि खपत को देखकर 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी लग रही है।
