New Delhi, 07 October (NNS): The peak season of liquid milk will likely to arrive soon in UP, Haryana, Rajasthan and MP. Now, the supply also started increasing in all the plants. However, the full-fledged plants will start after Diwali, but the wholesale demand of dry fruits manufacturers reported to be weak for diwali, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder may show downfall. The upcountry demand of diwali seems feeble as compared to before after the consumption of Dusshera. In these circumstances,  the prices of milk powder remained stable at Rs 305/315 per kg and the prices may improve by Rs 10 per quintal. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stored stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर- फिर मंदे की संभावना

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा राजस्थान एमपी में लिक्विड दूध का पीक सीजन आने वाला है,अब धीरे-धीरे प्लांटों में आपूर्ति बढ़ने लगी है। हालांकि प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में दिवाली बीत जाएगी, लेकिन दिवाली की थोक मांग मावा निर्माताओं की कम होने लगी है, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर में आगे मंदे की धारणा बनने लगी है। दशहरा की खपत के बाद दिवाली की चालानी मांग पहले की अपेक्षा आज कम रही है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए 305/315 रुपए प्रति किलो के दूध पाउडर में 10 रुपए और घटने की संभावना बन गई है। अत: स्टाक भी बेचते रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: market will remain high

New Delhi, 07 October (NNS): Presently, nominal amount of butter stock has been available  in the plants, but the adulterated stock of butter also being available at Rs 440/460 per kg in the small pants. Now, the stock which is not available at Rs 540 per kg due to the lack of best quality butter stock, now, its sale seems good. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has also been selling at the sluggish rates, but the best quality stock will likely to sell at the current level. The prices of best quality stock dropped down by Rs 100/150 per tin as compared to the stock of companies, but the companies are quoting the new stock at the higher level. Here, the prices of premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9600/9900 per quintal as per the quality, whereas, the adulterated stock of desi ghee also ruling at Rs 6500/7500 per quintal in thikana reach.

देसी घी- अभी बाजार तेज रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) इस समय प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक नहीं के बराबर है, लेकिन मिलावटी बटर 440/460 रुपए प्रति किलो छोटे प्लांटों तक गुपचुप में अराजक तत्व पहुंचाने लगे है। अभी बढ़िया बटर स्टॉक की कमी में जो 540 रुपए प्रति किलो में भी उपलब्ध नहीं हो रहा है, उसकी बिक्री अभी अच्छी चल रही है। मिलावटी देसी घी की बिक्री सस्ते भाव में हो रही है, लेकिन बढ़िया माल अभी अपने भाव पर बिकेगा। बढ़िया माल कंपनियों की अपेक्षा 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन कंपनियां नया माल काफी तेज बोल रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के हिसाब से 9600/9900 रुपए बिक रहे हैं, जबकि मिलावटी माल 6500/7500 रुपए के बीच ठिकाना पहुंच में बेच रहे हैं।
