However, the availability of liquid milk showed heavy up Trend, but the plants will not run on seeing this heavy increment, in the circumstances, the prices of premium quality Desi ghee have been ruling at at Rs 9400/9700 per tin and the prices will likely to remain high during the coming days.

देसी घी-स्टाक की कमी से तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 24 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में फैट का स्टॉक नहीं है। बटर की भारी किल्लत बन गई है। हालांकि देसी घी के मिलावटी माल धड़ले से जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन  25 अक्टूबर तक विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में नवरात्रि, दशहरा दिवाली एवं छठ पर्व की देसी घी की खपत अधिक रहने वाली है, जिस कारण बाजार और बढ़ सकता है।  हालांकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ी है, लेकिन इस वृद्धि से प्लांट अभी नहीं चल पाएंगे, इन परिस्थितियों में 9400/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी तेजी बनी रहेगी।

Milk powder: will be the shortage of stock for some days

New Delhi, 24 September: the availability of liquid milk to milch cattle reported to be high as compared to before because this is the peak season of their production, despite this, the prices of cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu also improved by Rs 10/15 per kg on seeing it’s good demand. There is a shortage of milk powder stock in the market. On the other hand, The full fledged to plants will lively to run after sometime and it’s upcountry demand seems high for Diwali. Therefore, there is no possibility of downfall in the prices of milk powder. Presently, the premium quality milk powder also being quoted at Rs 315/325 per kg and the market may show uptrend during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-शॉर्टेज में कुछ दिन तेजी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 24 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि दुधारू पशुओं में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि पहले की अपेक्षा काफी बढ़ गई है, क्योंकि उनके ब्यांत का सीजन पीक पर है। इसके बावजूद भी महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर उतरभारत में अच्छी मांग होने से पहले की अपेक्षा 10/15 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ गए है। दूध पाउडर का अभी स्टॉक काफी कम हो गया है। उधर पाउडर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी समय लगेगा तथा दशहरा दिवाली की चालानी मांग जोरों पर चल रही है। अत: दूध पाउडर में अभी मंदे की धारणा नहीं है। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 315/325 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव बोलने लगे हैं तथा अभी बाजार और बढ़ सकता है।
