New Delhi, 23 September (NNS): The consumption of milk powder seems constant for Dusshera and Diwali. The manufacturing companies have purchased the stock liquid milk at the lower level during the previous week, but the prices of milk powder showed strong trend owing to the local and upcountry demand. In Delhi reach, it was being traded at Rs 250/255 per kg in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, after this, the prices also ruling at Rs 260/265 per kg. Most of the companies are selling the stock of cow milk powder after packing in North India, due to this, it is fulfilling the demand, but the prices of milk powder showed strong trend owing to the higher consumption  of Dusshera and Diwali.

दूध पाउडर-अभी शॉर्टेज रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 23 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) अभी दूध पाउडर की खपत दशहरा दिवाली की जोरों पर चल रही है। पिछले सप्ताह निर्माता कंपनियों ने लिक्विड दूध पूर्व के भाव ही खरीद किया गया, लेकिन लोकल एवं चालानी मांग निकलने से दूध पाउडर में मजबूती के लिए अकड़ बनी रही। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु में जो दूध पाउडर दिल्ली पहुंच में 250/255 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे थे, उसके बाद 260/265 रुपये व्यापार होने लगे हैं। उत्तर भारत में अधिकतर कंपनियां , फेडरेशन वाले काउ मिल्क पाउडर पैकिंग करके बेचने लगी हैं, जिससे यहां की पूर्ति अभी हो रही है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध की खपत  दशहरा दिवाली के चलते एक बार फिर बढ़ जाने से दूध पाउडर में मजबूती लग रही है।

Desi ghee: prices may decrease by Rs 150 due to the shortage of butter

New Delhi, 23 September (NNS): The government has reduced the GST of desi ghee from 12 percent to 5 percent, due to this, yesterday, the companies have reduced the prices by Rs 600 per tin, but both the local and upcountry demand has been started increasing for Navratri, Dusshera, Diwali and Chatt pooja, due to this, today, the companies have increased the prices by Rs 150 per tin. Today, the  premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9500/9600 per quintal and the prices may show heavy uptrend. However,  the supply of milk reported to be around 97/98 lakh litre at the current level. Presently, the prices of desi ghee also improved by Rs 15/20 per kg because of the shortage of fats in the companies.

देसी घी-बटर की कमी से 150 रुपए महंगा हुआ

नई दिल्ली, 23 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) सरकार द्वारा देसी घी पर जीएसटी 12 से घटाकर 5 प्रतिशत कर दिए जाने से कल कंपनियों में 600 रुपए प्रति टीन तक घटाकर बिलिंग में व्यापार किया, लेकिन नवरात्रि दशहरा दिवाली एवं छठ पूजा में लोकल व चालानी मांग घटे भाव में निकलने से कंपनियों में आज फिर 150 रुपए प्रति टीन देसी घी के भाव बढ़ा दिए। आज दोबारा 9500/9600 रुपए प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव हो गए तथा आगे भी फिर बढ़ जाने के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं। हालांकि अच्छी बरसात होने से वर्तमान में दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 97-98 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई। फिलहाल कंपनियों में फैट की कमी से एक बार फिर देसी घी में 15/20 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी लग रही है।
