New Delhi, 22 September (NNS): Presently, there is a shortage of fats in the plants of MP, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and UP. On the other hand, the all-round demand of navratri has been started increasing, but from today, the consumers are getting profit after the decrement in the GST from desi ghee. Now, the companies are quoting down the prices by Rs 30/35per kg in poly pack. Here, the cooperatives are dealing the new stock at the lower level, in this situation, the prices may not show heavy downfall, but the prices will not decrease in the near future. The desi ghee which was being traded at Rs 10000per tin, now, it is ruling at Rs 9300 per tin.

देसी घी-सात प्रतिशत सस्ता हुआ

नई दिल्ली, 22 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) वर्तमान में यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश के प्लांटों में फैट्स की कमी इस समय चल रही है। दूसरी ओर नवरात्रि की चौतरफा मांग निकलने लगी है, लेकिन सरकार द्वारा सात प्रतिशत देसी घी पर जीएसटी घटा दिए जाने से आज से ही आम उपभोक्ताओं को लाभ मिलने लगा है। कंपनियां अब 30/35 रुपए पॉली पैक  घटाकर माल बेचने लगी है। इधर को ऑपरेटिव्स भी भाव घटाकर नए सौदे करने लगी हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में निकट में तेजी की धरना समाप्त हो गई है, लेकिन इससे मंदा भी अभी नहीं आएगा। जो देसी घी पिछले सप्ताह 10000 रुपए प्रति टीन बिका था, उसके भाव 9300 रुपए प्रति रह गए है।

Milk Powder: no more downfall

New Delhi, 22 September (NNS): The supply of raw milk showed heavy uptrend in North Indian as compared to before, but the consumption of liquid milk seems competitive in poly pack. The companies have purchase the best quality liquid milk at Rs 63/64 per litre. Now, the full fledged plants will likely to run after a long time. The liquid milk which showed heavy increment in the plants, now, they are selling around 75/76 percent of the stock in the poly pack, on seeing these circumstances, the prices of milk powder remained stable at the same level, but the prices may not show downfall. Notably, the export stock of milk powder has been selling out in the southern parts of the country. Here, the extra consumption of navratri and dusshera seems constant, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder showed strong trend in the current fortnight.

दूध पाउडर-अभी मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 22 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गई है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध की पॉली पैक में खपत बढ़ जाने से खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा चल रही है। कंपनियों द्वारा बढ़िया दूध 63/64 रुपए तक भी खरीद किया जा रहा है। अभी पाउडर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में समय बाकी है। जो लिक्विड दूध प्लांटों में बढ़ा है, उससे पोली पैक मे 75-76 प्रतिशत आपूर्ति हो रही है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर के भाव में अभी ठहराव लग रहा है, लेकिन अभी मंदा बिल्कुल नहीं है। गौरतलब है कि निर्यात में भी दूध पाउडर जा रहा है, उसकी पूर्ति दक्षिण भारत के प्लांट कर रहे हैं। इधर  नवरात्रि दशहरा की अतिरिक्त खपत  चल रही है, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर में चालू पखवाड़े में मजबूती बनी रहेगी।
