New Delhi, 15 September (NNS): The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, due to this reason, there is a problem in getting best quality desi ghee. It is also true that there is a shortage of butter stock in all the plants, due to this, desi ghee prices have been ruling at Rs 9900/10050 per tin and its prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, here, the stock of 80/82 percent fats also ruling at Rs 525/535 per kg in the ex plants. Now, the producing plants of desi ghee will run within a month, due to this, the prices of desi ghee may show uptrend, but the market may show downfall after implementation of 5 percent from 22.

देसी घी-मिलावटी से बढ़िया में परेशानी

नई दिल्ली, 15 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इस वजह से बढ़िया देसी घी में परेशानी आई हो रही है। हम मानते हैं कि किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का स्टॉक नहीं है, इसलिए देसी घी के भाव 9900/10050 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं तथा अभी भी अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में उसके भाव ऊंचे होने से यहां 80-82 फैट का माल 525/535 रुपए प्रति किलो एक्स प्लांट में भाव चल रहे हैं। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन करने वाले प्लांट एक महीने में फुल फ्लैश चलेंगे, इसलिए बाजार देसी घी चालू माह में तेजी की उम्मीद है, लेकिन 22 तारीख से जीएसटी 5 प्रतिशत लगने पर बाजार कुछ घट सकता है।

Milk powder: will likely to remain stable

New Delhi, 15 September (NNS): The availability of liquid milk showed uptrend due to the favourable weather conditions in North India from the last some days. Here, the premium quality milk also ruling at Rs 315/325 per kg. On the other hand, the stock of whey powder and maltodextrin has been consuming for the festivals of ashwin month because it is being available at the sluggish rates. Presently, the federations are fulfilling the demand at the lower level, in these circumstances, the prices will likely to remain stable at the same level in the markets, due to this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन ठहराव

नई दिल्ली, 15 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कुछ दिनों से क्षेत्रवार गुलाबी मौसम से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ गई है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 315/325 रुपए प्रति किलो चल रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर माल्टोडेस्ट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल आश्विन मास के त्योहारों हेतु खप रहे हैं, क्योंकि वह कुछ सस्ते पड़ रहे हैं। वर्तमान भाव में खपत की पूर्ति मंदे भाव में फेडरेशन करने लगे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार में निकट में स्थिरता लग रही है, इसलिए वर्तमान भाव पर आराम से माल बेचना चाहिए।
