New Delhi, 08 August (NNS): The prices of milk powder showed strong trend in the international markets during the review week, due to its effect, here, the companies of South India are quoting the prices at the higher level, due to this reason, there, its prices have been ruling at Rs 240/242 per kg and its stock also being available at Rs 240/242 per kg. Presently, the consumption of bhadrapad seems constant, on seeing this, its prices may gain by Rs 10 per kg. Here also, the manufacturing companies are quoting the prices of milk powder at Rs 310/320 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-और बढ़ने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 8 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में दूध पाउडर के भाव मजबूत तेज हो गए, इसके प्रभाव से यहां भी दक्षिण भारत की कंपनियां निर्यात में कुछ मजबूत बोलने लगी है, जिस कारण काऊ दूध पाउडर के भाव वहां 230/235 रु किलो उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर इसके भाव 240/242 रुपए पहुंच में बोल रहे हैं। इस समय भाद्रपद की खपत चल रही है, इसे देखते हुए अभी 10 रुपए की और चाल बन सकती है। यहां भी निर्माता कंपनियों के घर में 310/320 रुपए किलो का दूध पाउडर एट पार में बन रहा है।

Desi ghee: shortage of spot stock

New Delhi, 08 August (NNS): The production of desi ghee reported to be weak in running companies due to the shortage of butter in the producing plants of North India, due to which, the prices of premium quality deis ghee went up by Rs 150 to Rs 9600 per tin in the previous week and the market may show uptrend on seeing the shortage of butter. Desi ghee prices improved by Rs 10 per kg in the consumer pack. We believe that the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, but the demand of best quality desi ghee has been selling out constantly for navratri and it is expected that the Diwali will pass when the plants will run with pressure. Therefore, the market may show uptrend.  The prices of liquid milk gained to Rs 61/62 per litre during the previous days. The manufacturing companies have increased the collection of liquid milk from the last two days, due to this reason, the production cost off desi ghee reported to be high. The demand of desi ghee does not seems favourable in the markets. There is no possibility of more downfall in the prices despite the lack of demand because of the shortage of fats in the plants. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling between Rs 9200/9600 per quintal. There will be the shortage of desi ghee as both the pitrupaksh and navratri held in the same month, in this situation, the market may likely to remain high during the near future.

देसी घी-हाजिर माल की कमी बनी

नई दिल्ली, 8 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के उत्पादक प्लांटों में मक्खन की कमी होने से जो कंपनियां चल रही है, उनमें भी उत्पादन में कम हो रहा है। जिसके चलते कंपनियों ने गत सप्ताह के अंतराल 150 रुपए प्रति टीन तक बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9600 रुपए बोलने लगे हैं तथा अभी मक्खन की भारी कमी को देखते हुए बाजार और तेज लग रहा है। उपभोक्ता पैक में भी देसी घी के भाव 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और बढ़ गया। हम मानते हैं कि मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन बढ़िया देसी घी की मांग नवरात्रि के लिए अभी से निकलने लगी है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चलने में दिवाली बीत जाएगी। अत: और तेज लग रहा है। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़ कर 61-62 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं, पिछले दो दिनों से लिक्विड दूध का कलेक्शन निर्माता कंपनियों ने बढ़ा दिया है, जिस कारण देसी घी में लागत बढ़ जाने से तेजी आ गई है। बाजारों में ग्राहकी अनुकूल नहीं है। प्लांटों में फैट की कमी से ग्राहकी के अभाव के बावजूद देसी घी में मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 9200/9600 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच हो गए हैं। चालू महीने में पितृपक्ष एवं नवरात्रि दोनों है, जिस कारण देसी घी की कमी बन जाएगी, इस स्थिति में तेजी कायम रहेगी।
