New Delhi, 04 September (NNS): The big companies of North India have gained the prices of premium quality desi ghee by Rs 150 to Rs 9200/9600 per tin due to the shortage of fats in the current week. Here, most of the plants have been closed. Now, the consumption remains constant for Bhadrapad and Ashwin month, due to this reason, the prices may not show downfall, but the adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the thikana reach, despite this, the prices will remain high in the current month. The demand has been started increasing in the markets of Rohini, Jamuna par, Karol bagh and Khari Baoli. The plants will likely to run after September. Apart from this, there is a shortage of the stock in the plants.

देसी घी-अभी घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 4 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की बड़ी कंपनियों द्वारा चालू सप्ताह में फैट की कमी से देसी घी के भाग 150 रुपए प्रति टीन और बढ़ा दिए यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 9200/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। इधर अधिकतर प्लांट बंद चल रहे हैं। अभी भाद्रपद एवं अश्विन मास के त्यौहारों की खपत रहेगी, जिस कारण मंदा तो बिल्कुल नहीं है, लेकिन ठिकाना पहुंच में मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं। इसके बावजूद तेजी इस महीने रहेगी। खारी बावली करोल बाग रोहिणी जमुना पार की मंडियों में ग्राहकी की निकलने लगी है। प्लांट सितंबर के बाद ही प्रेशर में चलेंगे, अत: माल की कमी रहेगी।

Milk powder: possibility of more uptrend

Here, some companies are doing competitive buying at the higher rates because here, the milk powder of south India has been selling at the higher level, due to this, the selling of the stock of North India seems feeble, due to this reason, the market ascended by Rs 10 per kg during the last fortnight due to the festival consumption. The consumption of milk powder has been started increasing for pirtupaksh along with Navratri, Durga pooja and Dussher from Bihar and Jharkhand, due to this reason, the market may show uptrend. Here, the milk powder of south India has been selling at the higher level, due to this, it should not be advisable to sell the stored stock in the panic situation.

दूध पाउडर-और तेज होने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 4 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, इधर कुछ कंपनियां बढ़े भाव में भी दूध प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक ले रही हैं, क्योंकि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर काफी महंगे बिकने से उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों का माल बिकना कम हो गया है। यही कारण है कि गत पखवाड़े के अंतराल 10 रुपए की त्योहारी खपत से बाजार तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं। दूध पाउडर की खपत बिहार झारखंड आने वाले पितृपक्ष के अलावा  नवरात्रि दुर्गा पूजा दशहरा निकलने लगी है, जिस कारण आगे तेज लग रहा है। इधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर की बिक्री महंगे होने के चलते बढ़ गई है, इसलिए स्टाक के माल जल्दी बाजी में नहीं बेचना चाहिए।
