New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling rapidly, due to this reason, the trade of best quality desi ghee gets affected. It is also true that there is a lack of butter stock in all the plants, due to this, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 8900/9300 per tin and the prices have been ruing at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, here, the stock of 80/82 percent fats also ruling at Rs 485/495 per kg in the plants. Now, full-fledged plants will run after two months, due to this, the prices of desi ghee has been increasing constantly in the current month.

देसी घी-मिलावटी से बढ़िया में परेशानी

नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस) मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इस वजह से बढ़िया देसी घी में परेशानी आई हो रही है। हम मानते हैं कि किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का स्टॉक नहीं है, इसलिए देसी घी के भाव 8900/9300 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं तथा अभी भी अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में उसके भाव ऊंचे होने से यहां 80-82 फैट का माल 485/495 रुपए प्रति किलो एक्स प्लांट में भाव चल रहे हैं। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन करने वाले प्लांट दो महीने में फुल फ्लैश चलेंगे, इसलिए बाजार देसी घी चालू माह में धीरे-धीरे और तेजी की उम्मीद है।

Milk powder:  no fluctuations for some days

New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): The availability of liquid milk showed uptrend due to the constant rainfall in North India from the last some days. Here, the premium quality milk also ruling at Rs 310/320 per kg. On the other hand, the stock of maltodextrin and whey powder has been consuming for shrawan and bhadrapad because of its sluggish prices. Presently, the federations are fulfilling the demand at the lower level, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more uptrend and downfall in the prices, due to this, it is profitable to sell the stock slowly at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन घट बढ़ नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कुछ दिनों से क्षेत्रवार बरसात होने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ गई है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 310/320 रुपए प्रति किलो चल रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर माल्टोडेस्ट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल श्रावणी एवं भाद्रपद के त्योहारों हेतु खप रहे हैं, क्योंकि वह काफी सस्ते पड़ रहे हैं। वर्तमान भाव में खपत की पूर्ति मंदे भाव में फेडरेशन करने लगे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार में निकट में तेजी-मंदी नहीं लग रही है, इसलिए वर्तमान भाव पर धैर्य से माल बेचना चाहिए।
