New Delhi, 21 August (NNS): The plants of desi ghee will likely to run after some time and there is all-round shortage of the stock in the plants. Here, the deals of exporters are pending, due to this reason, yesterday, the companies have increased the prices by Rs 150 per tin. It is also believe that the adulterated stock has been selling at the higher level, due to this, the real desi ghee manufacturers are facing problems, due to this reason, there is no profit in selling of the stock. Here, the stored stock has been selling at the lower level as compared to the prices of the company, but the full fledged plants will likely to run after some time, due to this, it may rise again. Here, the consumption of desi ghee may increase for shri ganesh chaturthi, pitrupaksh and after navratri in the next month, due to this, there will be the shortage of the stock. The prices of desi ghee have been selling at Rs 8900/9200 per quintal and it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

देसी घी-तेजी बनी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 21 अगस्त (एनएनएस) प्लांट चलने में लंबा समय बाकी है, बटर की चौतरफा प्लांटों में कमी बनी हुई है। इधर निर्यातकों के सौदे अभी पेंडिंग में पड़े हुए हैं। इस वजह से कंपनियों ने कल 150 रुपए प्रति टीन देसी घी के भाव बढ़ा दिए। हम मानते हैं कि मिलावटी माल लगातार मंदे भाव में बिकने से असली देसी घी निर्माताओं को परेशानी हो रही है, जिस कारण उनके मालों की बिक्री में ज्यादा लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है। इधर स्टाक के माल कंपनी के भाव से नीचे जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी काफी समय बाकी है इसलिए बाजार में फिर तेज हो सकता है, इन परिस्थितियों में प्लांटो के माल बिकने कम हो गए हैं। इधर अगले महीने गणेश चतुर्थी, पितृपक्ष एवं उसके बाद नवरात्रि में देसी घी की खपत रहती है, इसलिए माल की कमी रहेगी। जो वर्तमान भाव में देसी घी के भाव 8900/9200 रु प्रति टीन के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें देसी घी खरीदना चाहिए।

Milk powder: should sell the stock constantly

New Delhi, 21 August (NNS): The milk powder of South India have been selling at the sluggish rates, here, the consumption festivals like Raksha Bandhan and Shri Krishna Janmashatami have already been over. On the other hand, the availability of milk powder reported to be high at the current level, in these circumstances, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level. There is no need to wait for sometime. Notably, the plants of North India will likely to run after sometime, but the prices may not show uptrend on seeing the lack of stock because the weather seems favourable, due to this, there is a shortage of milk powder during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-बिकवाली करते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 21 अगस्त (एनएनएस) दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इधर रक्षाबंधन एवं श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी खपत वाले बड़े त्यौहार बीत गए हैं। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव में दूध पाउडर की बिकवाली करते रहना चाहिए। यहां से अब और इंतजार करना नुकसानदायक हो सकता है। गौरतलब है कि उत्तर भारत के प्लांट चलने में अभी विलंब हैं, लेकिन बिक्री में कमी को देखते हुए तेजी नहीं लग रही है, क्योंकि मौसम अनुकूल है, इसलिए दूध पाउडर की कमी नहीं पड़ेगी।
