New Delhi, 19 August (NNS): Although, the supply of liquid milk showed uptrend due to the constant rainfall and constant downfall in North India, but the stock will not produce in the plants. There were around 70/71 lakh litres reported to supply in the chilling plants, but the production of desi ghee was around 400 metric tonnes because appropriate amount of plants are not running and the liquid milk has been started consuming. The companies are selling the stock after the downfall of Rs 100/150 per tin owing to the constant selling of adulterated stock because the government should stop the selling of adulterated butter and desi ghee. This stock also being available at Rs 5400/5500 per tin, whereas, the stock is being traded at Rs 6500/7200 per tin as per the nominal brands. The best quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8700/9000 pr tin.

नई दिल्ली, 19 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यद्यपि उत्तर भारत में तापमान गिरने एवं बरसात होने से लिक्विड आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है लेकिन अभी प्लांट में उत्पादन नहीं होगा।  चिलिंग प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सुधर कर 70-71 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, लेकिन देसी घी का उत्पादन वहीं 400 मैट्रिक टन रह गया, क्योंकि प्लांट अतिरिक्त नहीं चल रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध खपत में जा रहा है। मिलावटी माल बिकने से कंपनियों के माल 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे बिक रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि नकली बटर एवं मिलावटी घी पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 5400/5500 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 6500/7200 रुपए में बिक रहा है। बढ़िया देसी घी के भाव 8700/9000 रुपए प्रति टीम के बीच चल रहे हैं।

Milk powder: will remain stable, but should sell the stock

New Delhi, 19 August (NNS): The prices of milk powder reduced by Rs 10 per kg in the previous month due to the feeble export demand and higher supply in North India. The market remained stable at the same level on seeing the higher consumption during the bhadrapad during the current month and the plants will likely to run after a long time. Here, the consumption may decrease after janmashatami, on seeing these circumstances, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices. The companies of Maharashtra are interested in selling the stock of cow milk powder at the lower level as the demand from the exporters seems feeble. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर- अभी ठहराव, किंतु माल बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 19 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने एवं घरेलू व निर्यात मांग कमजोर पड़ने से दूध पाउडर के भाव पिछले महीने में 15 रुपए प्रति किलो घट गए थे, चालू माह में भाद्रपद की खपत बढ़ने से बाजार ठहरा हुआ है तथा प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, इधर श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी बीतने के बाद कुछ दिन खपत घट जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में बढ़ने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की भी मांग ठंडी पड़ जाने से घटाकर माल बेचने में इंटरेस्टेड हो गई हैं। अत: अब माल बेचना चाहिए।
