नई दिल्ली, 16 अगस्त (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में गत सप्ताह रक्षाबंधन की मांग अच्छी रही तथा निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर की खरीद कर रहे थे। वास्तविकता यह है कि पिछले 4 महीने से समुद्री मार्ग डिस्टर्ब होने से दूर पानी का शिपमेंट कम हो पा रहा था, जो धीरे-धीरे फिर से शुरू हो गया है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में इसके भाव ऊंचे चल रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर घरेलू भाद्रपद की खपत भी बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर चालू सप्ताह में मंदे की बिल्कुल गुंजाइश नहीं है, लेकिन माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।

The reality is that the shipments of water reported to be weak as the sea way gets disturbed from the last 4 months, which has been started again. The prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets. On the other hand, the consumption of domestic bhadrapad showed uptrend, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices in the current week, but it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

देसी घी-फैट की अभी कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 16 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यद्यपि चालू सप्ताह भी मिलावटी देसी घी का व्यापार दिल्ली से दूर दराज की मंडियों में धड़ल्ले से सुना गया। यहां भी कुछ अराजक तत्व हलवाइयों को सीधे सप्लाई नामी ब्रांडों के नाम से गोदाम पहुंच में करने लगे हैं, इससे मंडियों में व्यापार कम जरूर हो गया है। इसके अलावा ऑनलाइन उपभोक्ता पैक में भी देसी घी का व्यापार धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजारों में व्यापार कम जरूर हुआ है, लेकिन अभी प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में 3 महीने का समय लगेगा, इसे देखते हुए देसी घी में निकट में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है तथा आगे चलकर बाजार कुछ बढ़ सकता है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8700/8900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिक में चल रहे हैं। मिलावटी माल 5500 से 7200 रुपए के बीच ब्रांड के हिसाब से मिलावट करने वाले सप्लाई करते रहे हैं।

Apart from this, the trade of desi ghee seems constant in the online consumer pack, in these circumstances, the trade of reported to be weak in the markets, but the full fledged plants will likely to run after three months, on seeing this, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices and the market may show uptrend during the near future. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also being traded at Rs 8700/8900 per quintal. Apart from this, the adulterated stock of desi ghee also ruling between Rs 5500 to Rs 7200 per quintal as per the brands.
