नई दिल्ली, 11 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कुछ दिनों से क्षेत्रवार बरसात होने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ गई है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 300/310 रुपए प्रति किलो चल रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर माल्टोडेस्ट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल श्रावणी एवं भाद्रपद के त्योहारों हेतु खप रहे हैं, क्योंकि वह काफी सस्ते पड़ रहे हैं। रक्षाबंधन के बाद श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की पूर्ति मंदे भाव में फेडरेशन करने लगे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार में अब दूर-दूर तक तेजी नहीं लग रही है, इसलिए वर्तमान भाव पर धैर्य से माल बेचना चाहिए।

Milk powder: no more fluctuations

New Delhi, 11 August (NNS): In North India, the availability of liquid milk has increased due to the region-wise rainfall over the past few days. Here, the prices of premium-quality milk powder also ruling between Rs 300/310 per kg. On the other hand, the stock of maltodextrin  and whey powder has been consuming constantly for shrawani and bhadrapad festivals because it is being available at the sluggish rates. After Raksha Bandhan, the federations are fulfilling the demand of Shri Krishna Janmashtami at lower rates. In these circumstances, there is no sharp trend in the prices, due to this, it is advisable to sell the stock patiently at the current rates.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल तेजी समाप्त

नई दिल्ली, 11 अगस्त (एनएनएस) मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इस वजह से अब तेजी समाप्त समझना चाहिए। हम मानते हैं कि किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का स्टॉक नहीं है, इसलिए देसी घी के भाव 8700/8900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं तथा अभी भी अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में उसके भाव ऊंचे होने से यहां 80-82 फैट का माल 475/480 रुपए प्रति किलो एक प्लांट में भाव चल रहे हैं। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन करने वाले प्लांट दो महीने में फुल फ्लैश चलेंगे, इसलिए बाजार देसी घी  चालू माह में धीरे-धीरे घटने की उम्मीद है।

Desi ghee:  no increment in the adulterated stock

New Delhi, 11 August (NNS): Adulterated desi ghee is being sell out rapidly in the markets, due to this reason, the prices may not show more increment. We believe that the stock of butter has not been available in any plant, due to this, the prices of desi ghee are running between Rs 8700/8900 per tin. Moreover, as its prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, here, 80–82 fat content ghee is being quoted at Rs 475/480 per kg in one plant. The full-fledged desi ghee plants will likely to run after within two months, in this situation, the prices of desi ghee have been started decreasing constantly in the current month.
