New Delhi, 07 August (NNS): The pries of liquid milk increased by Rs 2/3 to Rs 59/60 per litre in the manufacturing companies during the previous month, due to which, the prices of milk powder have not showed uptrend. In Delhi reach, the milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu also being traded at Rs 250/255 per kg, after this, it is traded at Rs 255/260 per kg and the federations of North India have been selling the stock of cow milk powder after packing, due to which, the demand has been fulfilled at the sluggish rates, but there is no possibility of more decrement in the prices because of the downfall in the availability of liquid milk.

दूध पाउडर-अब तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 7 अगस्त (एनएनएस) पिछले माह निर्माता कंपनियों ने लिक्विड दूध के भाव 2-3 रुपए बढ़ाकर 59/60 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक खरीद किया गया है, जिससे दूध पाउडर के गिरते भाव को विराम लग गया। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु में जो दूध पाउडर दिल्ली पहुंच में 250/255 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे थे, उसके बाद 255/260 रुपए तक व्यापार सुना गया तथा उत्तर भारत में अधिकतर, वही फेडरेशन वाले काउ मिल्क पाउडर पैकिंग करके बेच रहे हैं, जिससे यहां पूर्ति सस्ते भाव में हो रही है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि एक बार फिर घट जाने से दूध पाउडर में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।

Desi ghee: downfall after the Janmashatami

New Delhi, 07 August (NNS): The rainfall reported to be weak in North India, due to this, the supply of milk seems feeble during the previous week, due to which, the companies are purchasing the stock after the increment of Rs 2/3 per litre in poly pack. Here, there is a lack of butter stock to the manufacturing companies, due to this, the production of desi ghee reported to be weak, in these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at Rs 8700/8950 per tin from the last some days. The production of desi ghee reported to be feeble in the companies during the last week because the exporters are purchasing the stock from UP for the spot shipments. Therefore, the prices showed downfall after Shri Krishna Janmashatami.

देसी घी-जन्माष्टमी के बाद मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 7 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में बरसात कम हो रही है, जिससे गत सप्ताह दूध की आपूर्ति में एक बार फिर कमी आ गई, जिससे कंपनियों को पॉलिपैक में सप्लाई के लिए दो-तीन रुपए प्रति लीटर बढ़ाकर खरीद करना पड़ा। इधर निर्माता कंपनियों के पास बटर का  स्टॉक नहीं है, इसलिए देसी घी कम बन रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी काफी दिनों से 8700/8950 रुपए प्रति टीन पर स्थिरता बनी हुई है। गत सप्ताह देसी घी का उत्पादन कंपनियों में बहुत कम हुआ, क्योंकि निर्यातक हाजिर शिपमेंट के लिए यूपी से काफी माल खरीद रहे थे। अत:  कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के बाद मंदा लग रहा है।
