New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The prices of milk powder have been quoted at the strong trend in the international markets, due to its effect, here also, the companies of South India are exporting the stock at the higher level, due to this reason, there, the cow milk powder of Rs 230/235 per kg has been selling at Rs 240/242 per kg in reach in the markets of the North India. Presently, the consumption for shrawani month reported to be high, on seeing this, there is no need to sell the stock in the panic situation. Here also, its prices reached to Rs 300/310 per kg in the manufacturing companies.

दूध पाउडर-भरपूर खपत का सीजन

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) वर्तमान में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में दूध पाउडर के भाव मजबूत लिए बोलने लगे हैं, इसके प्रभाव से यहां भी दक्षिण भारत की कंपनियां निर्यात में कुछ मजबूत बोलने लगी है, जिस कारण काऊ दूध पाउडर के भाव वहां 230/235 रुपए किलो उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर इसके भाव 240/242 रुपए पहुंच में बोल रहे हैं। इस समय श्रावणी की खपत जोरों पर चल रही है, इसे देखते हुए अभी घबराकर माल बेचने की जरूरत नहीं है। यहां भी निर्माता कंपनियों के घर में 300/310 रुपए किलो का दूध पाउडर एट पार में बन रहा है।

Desi ghee: shortage of butter, but no increment

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): There is a shortage of butter stock in the producing plants, due to this, the companies are producing less amount of stock, despite this, the stock has been selling at the sluggish rates at Rs 15000/200 per tin in the markets as compared to the companies due to the constant selling at the stored stock and arrivals of the adulterated stock. The prices of liquid milk increased by Rs 59/60 per litre during the previous days, but the collection of liquid milk seems weak from the manufacturing companies from the last two days, due to this reason, the selling pressure of desi ghee reported to be high. The demand seems unfavourable in the markets, but there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices due to the lack of demand despite the shortage of the stock in the plants. Here, the premium quality stock also ruling at Rs 8700/8950 per quintal. It is expected that the market may decrease on 15^th August.

देसी घी-मक्खन की कमी, तेजी समाप्त

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के उत्पादक प्लांटों में मक्खन की कमी होने से जो कंपनियां चल रही है, उनमें भी उत्पादन में कम हो रहा है। इनके बावजूद भी मिलावटी माल आने एवं स्टॉक के माल निकलने से बाजारों में कंपनियों की अपेक्षा 150/200 रुपए टीन तक सस्ता बिकने लगा है। हम मानते है कि पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़ कर 59-60 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए थे, लेकिन पिछले दो दिनों से लिक्विड दूध का कलेक्शन निर्माता कंपनियों ने धीमा कर दिया है, जिस कारण देसी घी में बिकवाली का प्रेशर बढ़ गया है। बाजारों में ग्राहकी अनुकूल नहीं है, लेकिन प्लांटों में फैट की कमी क्या बावजूद ग्राहकी के अभाव में देसी घी में तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8700/8950 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच चल रहे हैं। आगे 15 अगस्त में एक बार बाजार घट सकता है।
