New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The government’s procurement has already been over after 30^th June. This year, the procurement of wheat reported to be high from the last three years in the central pool. The availability of wheat gained to 299.2 lakh metric tonnes in the central pool for the first time in the year 2025/26 after 2021/22. The government has been deciding to continue the free distribution scheme, despite this, the availability of wheat seems high in both the local and the upcountry markets, due to this, the prices of wheat have been ruling around 2855/2860 per quintal and the prices may constantly fluctuates in the current week.

गेहूं-अभी ज्यादा तेजी मंदी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) गेहूं की सरकारी खरीद 30 जून के बाद से समाप्त हो चुकी है, इस बार पर केंद्रीय पूल में गेहूं की खरीद पिछले तीन वर्षों से अधिक हुई है। वर्ष 2021-22 के बाद पहली बार वर्ष 2025-26 विपणन वर्ष के लिए गेहूं की उपलब्धि केंद्रीय पूल में बढ़कर 299.2 लाख मीट्रिक टन हुई है। हम मानते हैं कि सरकार द्वारा मुफ्त वितरण योजना चालू रखने की बात कही गई है, इन सब के बावजूद भी गेहूं की उपलब्धि लोकल एवं दिसावरी मंडियों में प्रचुर मात्रा में है, इसलिए गत सप्ताह 2855/2860 रुपए प्रति कुंतल के आसपास ही गेहूं के भाव घूमते रहे तथा चालू सप्ताह में भी कोई विशेष घट बढ़ नहीं लग रही है।

Fine rice: depends on the export demand

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The supply of both new and old stock of basmati rice seems weak in the markets and the old stock seems unfavourable. Presently, both the domestic and the export demand seems intermittent, due to this reason, the prices showed strong trend during the current week, but the market remained stable at the same level owing to the weak domestic demand, but the mills are not selling the stock at the current level. On the other hand, the arrivals of sathi paddy reported to be weak in Gadarpur, Bilaspur, Kashipur, Tanda and Rudrapur line. Presently, its prices slipped by Rs 200/300 per quintal owing to the weak export demand during the previous week, but the stock of rice sela 1718 has been traded at Rs 6500 per quintal on seeing the shortage of ready stock in the mills, but now, its prices again reached to Rs 7000 per quintal. Similarly, the prices of rice 1509, 1401 and 1408 also showed heavy uptrend during the near future.

बारीक चावल-निर्यात मांग निर्भर रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) नई पुरानी बासमती धान  की आपूर्ति मंडियों में बहुत ही कम हो रही है तथा पुराना स्टॉक भी अनुकूल नहीं है। वर्तमान में घरेलू व निर्यात मांग रुक रुक कर चल रहा है, जिस कारण चालू सप्ताह के अंतराल अंदर से स्ट्रांग है, लेकिन डोमेस्टिक में ग्राहकी कमजोर होने से बाजार आज टिका हुआ है, लेकिन वर्तमान वाले भाव में राइस मिलें बिकवाल नहीं आ रही हैं। उधर गदरपुर बिलासपुर काशीपुर टांडा रुद्रपुर लाइन में भी साठी धान की आवक घट गई है। फिलहाल गत सप्ताह निर्यात मांग कमजोर होने से 200/300 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल की गिरावट रही, लेकिन राइस मिलों में तैयार माल की कमी को देखते हुए ग्राहकी निकलते ही जो 1718 सेला चावल 6500 रुपए बिक रहा है, उसके भाव दोबारा 7000 रुपए बन सकते हैं। इसी क्रम में 1509 सहित 1401 व 1408 आदि बासमती के चावल में भी तेजी आ जाएगी।

Maize: best quality may show heavy uptrend

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The supply of dry maize showed downfall due to the intermittent rainfall in UP and Bihar. Apart from this, the arrivals of maize have been started arriving in Unjhani and Kasganj line. There, the stock of moisture and dust has also been arriving, due to this, its demand seems feeble. The stock of maize has been ruling between Rs 1600/2000 per quintal in the producing markets which is selling out constantly in the ethanol companies. In rack reach of Unjhani and Kasganj line, the best quality maize also being traded at Rs 2050/2100 per quintal. The best quality stock of Bihar also being available at Rs 2500/2550 per quintal, in these circumstances, the demand of best quality stock will likely to remain high during the near future.

मक्की-बढ़िया माल में तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यूपी बिहार में रुक रुक कर बरसात होने से मंडियों में सूखी मक्की आपूर्ति घट गई है तथा जो उझानी कासगंज लाइन में मक्की आ रही है, वहां नमी एवं डस्ट वाली आ रही है, इसलिए उसकी कदर कम है। माइस्चर के हिसाब से उत्पादक मंडियों में 1600 से 2000 रुपए प्रति कुंतल के बीच मक्की बिक रही है, जो एथेनॉल कंपनियों में जा रही है। बढ़िया मक्की रैक पहुंच में 2050/2100 रुपए उझानी कासगंज लाइन में रैक ह्यपॉइंट पर बिक रही है। बिहार की बढ़िया मक्की 2500/2550 रुपए हरियाणा पंजाब पहुंच में बिक रही हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में बढ़िया मक्की की कदर रहेगी।

Millet: no possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The demand of millet has been ruling at the current level because the consuming companies are purchasing its stock as the maize has been ruling at the lower level. The difference between both maize and millet showed heavy downfall. On the other hand, there is a lack of rupee in the markets, due to this, the consuming industries are purchasing the stock at the sluggish rates. However, almost 50 percent of kharif crop has already been sold out in the markets, despite this, the prices have not showed uptrend. The millet which was being sold at Rs 2425/2450 per quintal, now, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the near future.

बाजरा- घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) बाजरे में ग्राहकी कमी चल रही है, क्योंकि मकई के भाव काफी नीचे होने से खपत वाली कंपनियां इसकी खरीद नहीं कर रही है। मक्की बाजरे में भाव का अंतर काफी ज्यादा हो गया है। दूसरी ओर बाजार में रुपए की तंगी हो रही है, इसलिए खपत वाले उद्योग सस्ता माल खरीद रहे हैं। हालांकि गर्मी वाला बाजरा इस बार 50 प्रतिशत ही निकल रहा है, लेकिन इन सबके बावजूद भी अभी तेजी नहीं है। जो बाजरा 2425/2450 रुपए मौली पर वाला पहुंच में बिक रहा है, इसमें घटने की भी गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Masoor: no more uptrend

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The stock of masoor reported to be weak by 22/23 percent in Mungaoli, Ganj Basauda, Saagar, Bhopal and Beenaganj line as compared to the previous year. The production of the stock seems high, but there is a lack of stock in both the producing markets and the mills due to the lack of old stock. The stock which has been arriving in the distributive markets, now, it is selling out constantly. The stock of Canada has not showed heavy uptrend. There, the market reported to be high, on seeing this, in Bilti, the masoor which was being sold at Rs 7200 per quintal, but now, it is being available at Rs 7400 per quintal.

मसूर-फिर तेजी की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) मसूर का स्टाक मुंगावली गंज बासौदा सागर भोपाल बीनागंज लाइन में इस बार गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में 22-23 प्रतिशत कम है। उत्पादन बढ़िया हुआ था, लेकिन पुराना स्टॉक बिल्कुल नहीं होने से दाल मिलों तथा उत्पादक मंडियों में भी माल नहीं है। वितरक मंडियों में जो माल आ रहा है, वह बिकता जा रहा है। इसकी तेजी को केवल कनाडा के माल ने रोके हुए हैं, वहां भी हाल ही में बाजार तेज बोल रहे हैं, इसे देखते हुए 7200 रुपए की बिल्टी में जो मसूर बिक रही है, यह 7400 रुपए अगले सप्ताह के अंतराल ही बन सकती है।

Urad: no logic of long uptrend

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The sowing of urad seems high in MP and Maharashtra and the weather seems favourable. The speculators are expecting heavy rainfall in Maharashtra, but the water has not been logged in the producing areas. There, the crop gets appropriate amount of water, due to this, there, the crop gets affected on seeing the higher rainfall. On the other hand, the arrival pressure of moong reported to be high in Rangoon, due to this, there, the exporters have been quoted at the sluggish prices at both the ports like Kolkata and Chennai. Presently, the prices of SQ quality rose by Rs 140/150 to Rs 7940/7950 per quintal in the current week owing to the higher demand at the sluggish rates. Similarly, its FAQ prices also being available at Rs 7525 per quintal, whereas, the buying reported to be weak at the current level. Therefore, the trade should not be done at the long uptrend. The market showed heavy downfall, due to this, the market may increase by Rs 100 per quintal during the coming days.

उड़द-लंबी तेजी का लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) एमपी महाराष्ट्र में बिजाई अच्छी हुई है तथा मौसम अनुकूल चल रहा है। सटोरिए ज्यादा बरसात की बात महाराष्ट्र में कर रहे हैं, लेकिन उड़द वाले क्षेत्रों में पानी नहीं रुकता है, वहां अनुकूल फसल को पानी मिल रहा है, इसलिए वहां फसल इस समय प्रत्यक्ष दर्शन बहुत ही बढ़िया बता रहे हैं। मध्य प्रदेश के शिवपुरी लाइन में भी फसल अधिक बोई गई है, लेकिन वहां अधिक बरसात से फसल को नुकसान की चर्चा आ रही है। यूपी में भी बिजाई अधिक हुई है। दूसरी ओर रंगून में माल का प्रेशर है, जिससे वहां के निर्यातक चेन्नई कोलकाता दोनों ही बंदरगाहों पर पहुंच में सस्ता भाव बोल रहे हैं। फिलहाल नीचे भाव में ग्राहकी निकलने से एक सप्ताह में 140/150 रुपए बढ़कर यहां भाव 7940/7950 रुपए प्रति कुंतल एसक्यू क्वालिटी के हो गए हैं, एफ ए क्यू क्वालिटी के भाव 7525 रुपए बोल रहे हैं, जबकि इन भावों में प्रचुर मात्रा में लिवाल नहीं है। अत: लंबी तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए। बाजार काफी नीचे चला गया है, इसलिए 100 रुपए बढ़ सकता है।

Moong: no downfall at the current level

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The inferior quality stock of moong has been started unloading in MP, UP, Bihar and Jharkhand, but the supply seems weak as compared to before and the arrival pressure reported to be sluggish as huge amount of best quality stock has already been sold out during the previous days. Whereas, here, the stock which is being traded at Rs 6000/7200 per quintal due to the constant buying from the mills. The selected stock also ruling at Rs 7600 per quintal. The crop of Rajasthan will likely to arrive after a long time, but there, the sowing seems high, due to which,  the upcoming crop will be high. Here, the sowing of moong has already been over in Akola and Jalgaon line of Maharashtra. The new crop will arrive after a month, due to this, the price may show uptrend in August otherwise, the trade should not be done at the higher level. Presently, the prices seems feeble at the current level, due to this, it is profitable to trade as per the needs during the coming days.

मूंग- वर्तमान भाव में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) मूंग के हल्के भारी माल एमपी यूपी झारखंड बिहार के लगातार उतर रहे हैं, लेकिन पहले की अपेक्षा आपूर्ति घट जाने तथा बढ़िया माल काफी मात्रा में पिछले दिनों चीन चले जाने से माल का प्रेशर कम हो गया है। वही दाल मिलों की लिवाली से जो यहां 6000/7200 रुपए प्रति कुंतल के बीच बिक रहे हैं, सिलेक्टेड मूंग 7600 रुपए बोल रहे हैं। राजस्थान की फसल आने में विलंब जरूर है, लेकिन वहां बिजाई बहुत बढ़िया हो गया, जिससे आने वाली फसल भी अधिक आने की उम्मीद है। इधर महाराष्ट्र के अकोला जलगांव लाइन में भी उनकी बिजाई पूरी हो चुकी है। नई फसल एक महीने बाद आ जाएगी, इससे पहले अगस्त में कुछ चाल बन सकती है, अन्यथा और तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए। वर्तमान में नीचे वाले भाव है, इसलिए जरूरत का व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Tur: no possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The production of both rabi and kharif tur reported to be around 51/52 lakh tmetric tonnes which was almost 34/35 lakh metric tonnes during the previous year. The crop of kharif season has been lying in all-round market as the production of the stock reported to be high. The sale of its dal does not seems favourable because the butter stock has been selling at the weak prices. Around 338/40 percent of the stock has been mixing rapidly, in these circumstances, it is being traded at Rs 6800 per quintal and there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices during the near future.

तुवर-और घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) तुवर का उत्पादन इस बार रबी व खरीफ सीजन को मिलाकर 51-52 लाख मीट्रिक टन के करीब हुआ है, जो गत वर्ष 34-35 लाख मीट्रिक टन रह गया था। उत्पादन अधिक होने से चारों तरफ मंडियों में अभी खरीफ सीजन की ही तुवर पड़ी हुई है। दाल की बिक्री अनुकूल नहीं है, क्योंकि मटर काफी भी सस्ती बिक रही है। इसकी मिक्सिंग धड़ल्ले से 38-40 प्रतिशत हो रही है, जो पूर्वीभारत में जाकर बिक रही है, इन सारी परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए इस समय जो 6800 रुपए बिक रही है, इसमें ज्यादा बढ़ने की गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Gram desi: possibility to increase after the correction

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The trade of gram desi seems good in all the states like UP, Rajasthan, MP, Delhi, Haryana and Punjab, due to this reason, the prices of gram desi rose by Rs 700 to Rs 6400 per quintal. Here, the traders are selling the stock of pea dal after mixing besan and dal in the markets neighbouring markets of Delhi and the mills of outside delhi are directly mixing dal in pea dal along with besan, due to this reason, the prices have not showed heavy uptrend as expectedly during the previous days. The traders of best besan and dal has been purchasing the pure stock, due to which, the market may increase by Rs 500 per quintal during the near future.

देसी चना- करेक्शन के बाद फिर तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यूपी राजस्थान एमपी दिल्ली हरियाणा पंजाब सभी राज्यों में व्यापार चालू सप्ताह में बढ़िया रहा है। यही कारण है गत माह स्टॉक मंडियों में नहीं होने से देसी चने में नीचे के भाव से 700 रुपए की बढ़त पर 6400 रुपए का व्यापार हो गया है। इधर मटर दाल, चने के बेसन व दाल में भी मिक्स करके दिल्ली से दूर दराज की मंडियों में कारोबारी बेचने लगे हैं तथा दिल्ली से बाहर की मिलें सीधे चने दाल में भी, मटर की दाल मिला देते हैं। बेसन में तो मिल ही रहा है। यही कारण है कि बाजार पिछले दिनों की तेजी के बाद जितना बढ़ना चाहिए, उतना नहीं बढ़ पा रहा है। बढ़िया बेसन और दाल के व्यापारी, प्योर माल ही खरीद रहे हैं, जिससे शॉर्टेज में बाजार 500 रुपए और बढ़ सकता है।

Rajma chitra: no more downfall

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The prices of rajma chitra showed heavy downfall during the last some days. Its prices reduced by Rs 2/3 per kg from the upper level. Now, the crop will likely to arrive after a long time, before this, the stock has not been available as per the consumption, due to this, the prices may gain by Rs 5/7 per kg due to the increased demand. Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the current level and the selling of the stock seems feeble.

राजमां चित्रा-और मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) राजमां चित्रा में चालू सप्ताह के अंतराल काफी कमी बन गई है। उपर के भाव से 2/3 रुपए प्रति किलो गिरावट आ चुकी है। अभी नया माल आने में लंबा समय बाकी है, उससे पहले खपत के अनुरूप माल नहीं है, इसलिए कभी भी ग्राहकी निकलने पर 5/7 रुपए किलो की तेजी आनी कुछ भी नहीं है। अत: वर्तमान भाव में माल हाथ में रहना जरूरी है तथा घटाकर बिकवाली नहीं करना चाहिए।

Gram kabuli: possibility of more uptrend

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): There is a shortage of rupee in the markets and the traders are facing the problems after including the freight cost for the stock from the last 4/5 days, but no new domestic crop will likely to arrive in the near future and no new stock of gram kabuli has been available at the lower level, due to this reason, the market showed intermittent uptrend. Here, the stock of Maharashtra was being traded at Rs 67/70 per kg, but now, it is ruling at Rs 70/73 per kg and the trade will be profitable during the near future. The stock of Karnataka has been selling out at the current level.

काबुली चना-अभी तेजी की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यद्यपि बाजारों में रुपए की तंगी है तथा पिछले चार-पांच महीने से स्टाक किए गए काबुली चने में ब्याज भाड़ा लगाकर व्यापारी वर्ग को तकलीफ ज़रूर हो रही है, लेकिन आगे घरेलू कोई फसल आने वाली नहीं है तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी काबुली चना, इससे नीचे भाव का मिलने वाला नहीं है। यही कारण है कि बाजार रुक रुक कर तेज होने लगा है। यहां महाराष्ट्र के माल 67/70 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक गया था, उसके भाव वर्तमान में  70/73 रुपए हो गए हैं। इसमें आगे चलकर भरपूर लाभ मिलने वाला है। कर्नाटक के माल भी धीरे-धीरे काफी कट गए हैं।

Pea: no risk in the trade

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The prices of pea gained by $30/35 per tonne of August shipments in the international markets. The stock has been selling out at Rs 33 per kg even the inferior and superior quality stock will sell after the downfall of 50 paisa. The market of Kolkata seems tight and the market of Kolkata showed strong trend as compared to Delhi. The traders of Gwalior has been purchasing the stock at the current level because the consumption of gram dal, tur dal and besan showed uptrend, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the near future.

मटर-व्यापार में रिस्क नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) वर्तमान में अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में मटर के भाव 30-35 डॉलर प्रति टन अगस्त शिपमेंट के बढ़ गए हैं। भारतीय बंदरगाहों पर भी 33 रुपए से कम में कोई बिकवाल नहीं आ रहा है, हल्के भारी माल भले ही कोई 50 पैसे मंदा बेच जाए। कोलकाता मार्केट टाइट चल रही है, कानपुर भी दिल्ली की अपेक्षा मजबूत है, ग्वालियर वाले मटर की खरीद कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि वहां चने की दाल, तुवर की दाल एवं बेसन में धड़ल्ले से खपत बढ़ गई है, इन सारी परिस्थितियों में यहां से एक रुपया भी घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Guar gum: no downfall

New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): In Jodhpur mandi, the prices of guar gum strengthened at Rs 9800/9900 per quintal owing to the increased demand from the gum powder manufacturers. Guar prices held stable at Rs 5250/5300 per quintal because of the feeble selling. In Hisar, the stock of guar also being available at Rs 4800/4900 per quintal in loose. The prices of guar August delivery showed uptrend owing to the constant speculative buying. There is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices on seeing the supply and demand during the near future.

ग्वार गम : मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 अगस्त (एनएनएस) गम पाउडर निर्माताओं की मांग निकलने से जोधपुर मंडी में ग्वार गम के भाव  9800/9900 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल पर मजबूत रहे। बिकवाली कमजोर होने ग्वार के भाव भी 5250/5300 रुपए प्रति कुंतल पर टिके रहे। हिसार में ग्वार के भाव 4800/4900 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल लूज में बोले गए। सटोरिया  लिवाली  से ग्वार अगस्त डिलीवरी में तेजी रही। आपूर्ति व मांग को देखते हुए भविष्य मे इसमें   मंदे की संभावना कम है।
