New Delhi, 31 July (NNS): The big companies of North India have purchased the stock of desi ghee after the increment of Rs 2 per litre during the previous days. Here, most of the plants have been closed, but the downfall in the production will not affect the market as the adulterated stock has been selling out at the sluggish rates. Now, the consumption of shrawan festival will likely to remain constant, but the adulterated stock has been reaching in the thikana reach, due to this, there is a shortage of the demand in the plants. There is a heavy shortage of demand n the markets of Khari Bauli, Karol bagh Rohini and jamunapar. The plants will likely to run after September, but there is no possibility of long uptrend and the prices may remain stable at the same level during the near future.

देसी घी- अब तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 31 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की बड़ी कंपनियों द्वारा पिछले सप्ताह दूध के खरीद भाव दो रुपये लीटर बढ़ा दिए गए थे। इधर अधिकतर प्लांट बंद चल रहे हैं, लेकिन मिलावटी माल मंदे भाव में बिकने से उत्पादन में कमी का प्रभाव अब नहीं पड़ रहा है। अभी श्रावणी त्यौहार में खपत रहेगी, लेकिन ठिकाना पहुंच में मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं, इसलिए प्लांटों में ग्रहकी की कमजोरी है। खारी बावली करोल बाग रोहिणी जमुना पार की मंडियों में ग्राहकी की भारी कमी बनी हुई है। प्लांट सितंबर के बाद ही प्रेशर में चलेंगे, लेकिन अभी लंबी तेजी नहीं है,भले ही कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा।

Milk powder: prices may decrease after some time

Here, some companies are not purchasing the stock of milk at the higher level because the milk powder of South India has been selling out at the sluggish rates, due to this, its sale seems feeble from the companies of North India, due to this reason, the market remained stable at the same level after the decrement of Rs 10 per kg during the last one month. The consumption of milk powder reported to be high for the kawad yatra of Bihar and Jharkhand along with the confectioners of Shri Krishna Janmashatami and Raksha bandhan, due to this reason, the prices may decrease after some time. The sale of milk powder of South India showed uptrend, due to this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the strong level.

दूध पाउडर-अभी मंदा ठहर कर आएगा

नई दिल्ली, 31 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यद्यपि प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, इधर कुछ कंपनियां बड़े भाव में दूध ज्यादा नहीं ले रही हैं, क्योंकि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर काफी सस्ता बिकने से उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों का माल बिकना कम हो गया है। यही कारण है कि एक महीने के अंतराल 15 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट के बाद बाजार ठहर गए हैं। दूध पाउडर की खपत बिहार झारखंड कांवड़ यात्रा के अलावा श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी और रक्षाबंधन में मिठाइयों के लिए बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण अभी मंदा ठहर कर आएगा। इधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर की बिक्री बढ़ गई है, इसलिए कुछ मजबूती आने पर माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
