New Delhi, 28 July (NNS): During the review week, the manufacturing companies have increased the prices of liquid milk by Rs 2/3 to Rs 59/60 per litre, due to which, the prices of milk powder may not show more downfall. In Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, the milk powder which was being sold at Rs 250/255 per kg in Delhi, but now, it is trading at Rs 255/260 per kg. The federations of North India are selling the stock of milk powder in packing, due to which, there, it is fulfilling the demand at the sluggish rates, but the prices of milk powder may not show more downfall owing to the downfall in the availability of liquid milk.

दूध पाउडर-अभी ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 28 जुलाई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह निर्माता कंपनियों ने लिक्विड दूध के भाव 2-3 रुपए बढ़ाकर 59/60 रुपए प्रति लीटर तक खरीद किया गया है, जिससे दूध पाउडर के गिरते भाव को विराम लग गया। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु में जो दूध पाउडर दिल्ली पहुंच में 250/255 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे थे, उसके बाद 255/260 रुपए तक व्यापार सुना गया तथा उत्तर भारत में अधिकतर, वही फेडरेशन वाले काउ मिल्क पाउडर पैकिंग करके बेच रहे हैं, जिससे यहां पूर्ति सस्ते भाव में हो रही है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि एक बार फिर घट जाने से दूध पाउडर में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।

New Delhi, 28 July (NNS): There is a shortage of rainfall in North India, due to which, the supply of milk seems feeble during the review week, due to this reason, the companies are purchasing the stock of poly pack after the increment of Rs 2/3 per litre. Apart from this, there is a lack of butter stock to the manufacturing companies, due to this, the production of desi gee reported to be feeble, on seeing these circumstances, the prices remained stable at Rs 8800/9050 per tin. During the previous week, the companies have produced less amount of desi ghee stock because the exporters are purchasing the stock from UP for the spot shipments. Therefore, the prices may not show downfall during the near future.

देसी घी-अभी श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी तक मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 28 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में बरसात कम हो रही है, जिससे गत सप्ताह दूध की आपूर्ति में एक बार फिर कमी आ गई, जिससे कंपनियों को पॉलिपैक में सप्लाई के लिए दो-तीन रुपए प्रति लीटर बढ़ाकर खरीद करना पड़ा। इधर निर्माता कंपनियों के पास बटर का  स्टॉक नहीं है, इसलिए देसी घी कम बन रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी काफी दिनों से 8800/9050 रुपए प्रति टीन पर स्थिरता बनी हुई है। गत सप्ताह देसी घी का उत्पादन कंपनियों में बहुत कम हुआ, क्योंकि निर्यातक हाजिर शिपमेंट के लिए यूपी से काफी माल खरीद रहे थे। अत: निकट में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।
