New Delhi, 22 July (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend due to the constant rainfall and decrement in the temperature in North India, but the plants are not producing the stock at the current level. The supply of raw milk increased to 66/67 lakh litre in the chilling plants, but the production of desi ghee remained at 355/356 metric tonnes because appropriate amount of plants are not running at the current prices and the stock of liquid milk has been started consuming.  The companies are selling the stock after the decrement of Rs 100/150 per tin as the adulterated stock has been selling out constantly in the markets because the government should stop the trade of fake and adulterated stock of butter. This stock also being available at Rs 5400/5500 per tin, whereas, it is ruling at Rs 6500/7200 per quintal as per the quality.

नई दिल्ली, 22 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यद्यपि उत्तर भारत में तापमान गिरने एवं बरसात होने से लिक्विड आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है लेकिन अभी प्लांट में उत्पादन नहीं होगा।  चिलिंग प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सुधर कर 66-67 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, लेकिन देसी घी का उत्पादन वहीं 355-356 मैट्रिक टन रह गया, क्योंकि प्लांट अतिरिक्त नहीं चल रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध खपत में जा रहा है। मिलावटी माल बिकने से कंपनियों के माल 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे बिक रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि नकली बटर एवं मिलावटी घी पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 5400/5500 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 6500/7200 रुपए में बिक रहा है।

Milk powder: stable, but should sell the stock

New Delhi, 22 July (NNS): The prices of milk powder slipped by Rs 15 per kg in the previous month due to the weak export and domestic demand along with the higher supply of liquid milk in North India. The market remained stable at the same level due to the increment in the consumption during the shrawan month and the plants will likely to run after a long time. Whereas, the consumption reported to be high for the shrawani consumption, on seeing these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. The companies are not selling the stock of Maharastra’s cow milk powder at the sluggish rates and on seeing the buying from the exporters, despite this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-अभी ठहराव, किंतु माल बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 22 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने एवं घरेलू व निर्यात मांग कमजोर पड़ने से दूध पाउडर के भाव पिछले महीने में 15 रुपए प्रति किलो घट गए थे, चालू माह में श्रावणी खपत बढ़ने से बाजार ठहरा हुआ है तथा प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, उधर श्रावणी त्यौहार के लिए खपत बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की लिवाली को देखकर और घटाकर माल बेचने से पीछे हट गई हैं, इन सब के बावजूद भी अब माल बेचना चाहिए।
