New Delhi, 21 July (NNS): The prices of milk powder also being quoted at the strong level in the international markets, due to its effect, here also, the companies of south India have been quoting the prices export prices at the higher level, due to this reason, the prices of cow milk powder also ruling at Rs 230/235 per kg, but it is being available at Rs 240/242 per kg in the markets of North India. Presently, the shrawan consumption reported to be high, on seeing this, there is no need to sell the stock in the panic situation. Here also, the prices of milk powder has been making at Rs 300/310 per kg in the manufacturing companies.

दूध पाउडर-चालू सप्ताह में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 21 जुलाई (एनएनएस) वर्तमान में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ मजबूत लिए बोलने लगे हैं, इसके प्रभाव से यहां भी दक्षिण भारत की कंपनियां निर्यात में कुछ मजबूत बोलने लगी है, जिस कारण काऊ दूध पाउडर के भाव वहां 230/235 रुपए किलो उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर इसके भाव 240/242 रुपए पहुंच में बोल रहे हैं। इस समय श्रावणी की खपत जोरों पर चल रही है, इसे देखते हुए अभी घबराकर माल बेचने की जरूरत नहीं है। यहां भी निर्माता कंपनियों के घर में 300/310 रुपए किलो का दूध पाउडर एट पार में बन रहा है।

Desi ghee: shortage of butter in the plants

New Delhi, 21 July (NNS): The running companies are producing less amount of stock due to the shortage of butter in the producing plants of North India. It is also true that the prices of liquid milk slipped to Rs 55/56 per litre during the previous days, but the manufacturing companies have increased the collection from the last two days, due to this reason, the selling of desi ghee reported to be feeble. The demand seems sluggish in the markets, but there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices of desi ghee due to the shortage of fats in the plants. Now, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8800/9050 per quintal. It is expected that the market may increase in July and August.

देसी घी-प्लांटों में मक्खन की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 21 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के उत्पादक प्लांटों में मक्खन की कमी होने से जो कंपनियां चल रही है, उनमें भी उत्पादन में कम हो रहा है। हम मानते हैं कि पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव घटकर 55-56 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए थे, लेकिन पिछले दो दिनों से लिक्विड दूध का कलेक्शन निर्माता कंपनियों ने बढ़ा दिया है, जिस कारण देसी घी में बिकवाली कमजोर है। बाजारों में ग्राहकी अनुकूल नहीं है, लेकिन प्लांटों में फैट की भारी कमी होने से देसी घी में मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है। अभी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8800/9050 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच चल रहे हैं। जुलाई अगस्त में एक बार बाजार बढ़ सकता है।
