New Delhi, 01 July (NNS): The temperature of milk powder showed downfall in North India, but the plants will run after a long time. Now, almost 90 percent of the plants went under maintenance and the exporters of South India have been taking enquiry of milk powder at the sluggish rates. Here, the shrawan consumption will likely to be constant, in these circumstances, the milk powder which was being sold at Rs 300/310 per kg at the current level, but now, there is no possibility of more downfall in it. The stock of leader companies is ruling at Rs 310 per kg. It is expected that the market will likely to remain high. Therefore, it is not profitable to sell the stock at the lower level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-घबराकर मत बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 1 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में मौसम का तापमान घट गया है, लेकिन प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है। अभी 90 प्रतिशत प्लांट मेंटिनेस में है, नीचे वाले भाव में निर्यातको की पूछ परख साउथ के दूध पाउडर में चल रही है। इधर श्रावण की खपत आगे रहने वाली है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव का दूध पाउडर जो 300/310 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहा है, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। लीडर कंपनियों के माल 310 रुपए चल रहे हैं। आगे चलकर बाजार तेज होने वाला है, अत: इन भावों में घबराकर बिकवाली नहीं करनी चाहिए।

Desi ghee: consumption may show uptrend

New Delhi, 01 July (NNS): It is true that there is a problem in selling the stock of adulterated desi ghee and best quality desi ghee in the markets, but also a lack of 80/82 percent fats butter has not been available to any companies and the plants will likely to run after 3 months. Whereas, some of the companies are making nominal amount of stock, but the stock not been fulfil the demand, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee has not been available at Rs 9000 per quintal. Some companies are trading at the previous level. Apart from this, the adulterated stock also being traded at Rs 7000/7500 per quintal.

देसी घी-अभी खपत बढ़ने वाली है

नई दिल्ली, 1 जुलाई (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि मिलावटी घी, बढ़िया देसी घी को बिकने में परेशानी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन किसी भी कंपनी में 80-82 फैट्स का बटर स्टॉक में नहीं है तथा प्लांट चलने में कम से कम 3 महीने से ऊपर का समय लगेगा। वैसे कुछ कंपनियां रेगुलर में जो उत्पादन करती हैं, उनमें छिटपुट माल बन रहा है, लेकिन उससे पूर्ति होने वाली नहीं है। यही कारण है कि बाजार में 9000 रुपए से कम अभी देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का नहीं मिल रहा है। कंपनियां पुराने भाव पर व्यापार कर रही है, मिलावटी माल 7000/7500 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे हैं।
