New Delhi, 18 June (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk improved to 64/65 lakh litres on daily basis in the plants of North India. Here, the buying of butter reported to be sluggish from the exporters as compared to the previous week, due to this reason, the prices of both desi ghee and butter also being quoted at the lower level. Presently, there were around 385/390 tonnes of desi ghee has been producing in the plants of North India on daily basis because most of the plants have went under maintenance. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8900/9050 per tin at the current level, whereas, the companies are quoting up the prices by Rs 100 per tin. Here, the market showed soft trend, due to this, the competitive buying seems weak from the manufacturing companies.

देसी घी- ग्राहकी का भारी सन्नाटा

नई दिल्ली, 18 जून (एनएनएस) आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति उत्तर भारत के प्लान्टों में सुधरकर 64-65 लाख लीटर दैनिक रही। इधर बटर में निर्यातकों की लिवाली भी पिछले सप्ताह की अपेक्षा कुछ सुस्त बनी हुई है, जिस कारण देशी घी व बटर दोनों के भाव अंदरुनी नरम बोलने लगे हैं। इस समय उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में देसी घी का उत्पादन 385-390 टन दैनिक रह गया है, क्योंकि अधिकतर प्लांट मेंटिनेस में जा चुके हैं। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 8900/9050 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के अनुसार चल रहे हैं, जबकि कंपनियां इससे 100 रुए ऊंचा बोल रही है। यहां बाजार अब नरम लग रहा है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुधरने से निर्माता कंपनियों की खरीद हेतु प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक थोड़ी कम हो  गई है।

Milk powder: heavy shortage of demand

New Delhi, 18 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed improved trend due to the downfall in the temperature in North India, due to which, its prices eased by Re 1 to Rs 58/59 per litre. Only some plants are producing the stock of milk powder. Here, both the local and the upcountry sale of weddings have been started decreasing. The consumption of the stock showed downfall from the last 20/22 days and the weddings will likely to remain close from the last 10 months, due to this reason, the market will remain sluggish. Now, the premium quality milk powder also being traded at Rs 315/325 per kg and the stock of milk powder has been purchasing gradually. The milk powder of federation of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra also being traded at Rs 250/260 per kg. Here, the cooperatives of Gujarat are also selling their stock at the lower level. Apart from this, the small plants of private sector are also selling their stock at the lower level.

दूध पाउडर-ग्राहकी की भारी कमी

नई दिल्ली, 18 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में तापमान गिरने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुधर गई है, जिससे इसके भाव एक रुपया घटकर 58/59 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए हैं। दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन कुछ ही प्लांटों में रहा है, इधर वर्तमान में शादियों की बिक्री लोकल एवं चालानी में अब घटने लगी है। पिछले 20-22 दिनों से खपत कम हो गयी है, अगले 10 दिन तक शादियां बंद रहने वाली है, जिस कारण बाजार कुछ दिन सुस्त रहेगा। अब वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वॉलिटी का जो दूध पाउडर 315/325 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहा है तथा इन भावों में भी दूध पाउडर की खरीद रूककर करनी चाहिए। तमिलनाडु महाराष्ट्र फेडरेशन के दूध पाउडर भी बढ़कर  250/260 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच हो गये हैं। इधर गुजरात कोआपरेटिव की भी बिकवाली घटाकर आ रही है, अन्य प्राइवेट सेक्टर के छोटे प्लाट भी घटकर बेचू आने लगे हैं।
