New Delhi, 12 June (NNS): Most of the plants of North India have went under maintenance because the prices of liquid milk reduced by 40/42 percent in the plants during the current month. The prices of desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 8900/9150 per tin before two months. The market rose by Rs 275/300 per tin in the last two months, after this, the stock of butter also being unloading at the lower level, due to this reason, the companies are selling the stock after producing the stock at the sluggish prices, due to this reason, the availability of both liquid milk and best quality butter seems weak, despite this, the market of desi ghee has remained under pressure. The adulterated stock of the famous brands have been selling at the lower level in the consuming industries at the lower level, in these circumstances, the market may increase in July after the sluggishness.

देसी घी- अभी कुछ दिन तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 12 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांट अब अधिकतर मेंटेनेंस में जा चुके हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड चालू माह में घटकर 40-42 प्रतिशत प्लांटों में रह गया है।  पिछले 2 महीने से देशी घी के भाव 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गये हैं। दो माह में बाजार 275/300 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़ गया था, उसके बाद सस्ता बटर उतरने लगा है, जिस कारण कुछ कंपनियां कम लागत का घी बनाकर सप्लाई करने लगी है। जिस कारण लिक्विड दूध एवं बढ़ियां बटर दोनों की उपलब्धि कम होने के बावजूद भी देसी का बाजार दबा हुआ है।  मिलावटी माल अधिकतर प्रचलित ब्रांडों के, मंदे भाव में खपत वाले उद्योगों में जा रहा हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में कुछ दिन बाजार सुस्ती के बाद जुलाई में बढ़ेगा।

Milk powder: will remain sluggish for some days

New Delhi, 12 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in the plants, due to which, the production of milk powder reported to be over. On the other hand, the prices of milk powder went down to Rs 245/255 per kg in both the states like Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra during the previous days, due to which, the difference between the prices of milk powder of North India increased to Rs 70/80 per kg. Presently, the sale of weddings showed downfall. Now, the companies are quoting the prices at the higher level on seeing the delay in the payments. The market may show uptrend after some time as the season will likely to arrive after a long time.

दूध पाउडर-ग्राहकी में कमी से कुछ दिन सुस्ती

नई दिल्ली, 12 जून (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति अब काफी कम रह गई है, जिससे दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन लगभग बंद जैसा हो गया है। उधर पिछले दिनों तमिलनाडु एवं महाराष्ट्र दोनों ही राज्यों के दूध पाउडर घटकर 245/255 रुपए प्रति किलो काफी सस्ते हो गए हैं, जिससे उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर का अंतर फिर बढ़कर केवल 70/80 रुपए का हो गया है। वर्तमान में शादियों की बिक्री कम हो गयी है, व्यापार में भुगतान में तंगी को देखकर कंपनियां पूर्व भाव पर ही बोल रही हैं। आगे सीजन में लंबा समय को देखते हुए ठहरकर फिर तेजी लग रही है।
