New Delhi, 28 May (NNS): The supply of raw milk reported to be weak in the plants and most of the plants are closed, due to which, the production of milk powder reported to be weak in North India. The milk powder of South India is being available at the higher level in the markets of North Inda as compared to before. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk seems feeble in the plants at the current level, due to this reason, the prices remained stable at the same level of the previous days. The prices of milk powder also being sold at Rs 320/330 per kg on  seeing the consumption and production. Now, the prices may improve by Rs 10 per kg. This year, the temperature has been started decreasing constantly, due to this reason, it is profitable to trade at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-अभी तेजी ठहर कर आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 28 मई (एनएनएस) कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांट में काफी कम रह गई है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट बंद भी हो चुके हैं, जिससे उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन बहुत ही कम रह गया है। दक्षिण भारत का मिल्क पाउडर, पहले की अपेक्षा उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में महंगा पड़ रहा है। दूसरी ओर वर्तमान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में और घट गयी है, जिस कारण पिछले दिनों बढ़ने के बाद भाव ठहर गए हैं। उत्पादन व खपत को देखते हुए 320/330 रुपए प्रति किलो का जो दूध पाउडर बिक रहा है, उसमें अभी ठहरकर 10 रुपए की और तेजी लग रही है, इस बार रुक रुक कर मौसम का तापमान बरसात से गिर जा रहा है जिस कारण मुनाफा भी लेते रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: adulterated stock will not let the prices to go up

New Delhi, 28 May (NNS): The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been started selling out in all the markets of the country and the traders of Rajasthan and Gujarat are also active for trading, due to this reason, desi ghee prices gained by Rs 15/20 per kg despite the shortage of butter stock in the plants of North India, after this, the market remained stable at the same level. The production of desi ghee is around 420/425 tonnes on daily basis owing to the feeble supply of liquid milk. The premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8850/9100 per tin, whereas, it is being traded at the lower level by Rs 100 per quintal. Apart from this, the prices of inferior quality RM value also being traded between Rs 7000/7800 per quintal, on seeing this, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices. The prices of adulterated stock of desi ghee seem unstable.

देसी घी- मिलावटी जल्दी नहीं बढ़ने देगा

नई दिल्ली, 28 मई (एनएनएस) देश के सभी मंडियों में मिलावटी घी धड़ल्ले से बिकने लगा है तथा राजस्थान गुजरात वाले भी मिलावट करने में सक्रिय हो गए हैं। यही कारण है कि उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में बटर का स्टाक कम होने के बावजूद भी देसी घी में पिछले महीने 15/20 रुपए प्रति किलो की बढ़ने के बाद बाजार एक महीने से टिके हुए हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट जाने से देसी घी का उत्पादन केवल 420-425 टन दैनिक रह गया है। देसी घी के भाव 8850/9100 रुपए प्रति टीन प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के रह गए हैं, जबकि बाजार में 100 रुपए सस्ता बिक रहे हैं। नीचे वाले माल आर एम वैल्यू के हिसाब से 7000/7800 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे, इसे देखते हुए निकट में और तेजी नहीं लग रही है। मिलावटी देसी घी का कोई भाव नहीं है। जिस रेंज का ग्राहक थोक में मांग रहा है, उस रेंज का बनाकर सप्लाई दे देते हैं।
