New Delhi, 30 April (NNS): The availability of liquid milk seems weak in the plants of North India, due to this reason, the procurement of liquid improved by Re 1 to Rs 58/60 per kg as the full fledged plants are not running. In VLC, the companies are purchasing the stock at Rs 61 per kg. There were around 85/86 lakh litres of liquid milk reported to be supply in the plants of North India. Here, the premium quality stock also being available at Rs 325/335 per kg. Therefore, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level. The all-round traders are buying the stock of milk powder of South India at the current level.

नई दिल्ली, 30 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि प्लांटों में कम हो गयी है, जिस कारण प्लांट फुल क्षमता में नहीं चलने से लिक्विड दूध का प्रोक्योरमेंट चालू सप्ताह एक रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ाकर 58/60 एवं वीएलसी 61 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने खरीद किया। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 85-86 लाख लीटर उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में दैनिक रह गई है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में स्टाक के लिए खरीदना चाहिए। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर में भी वर्तमान भाव चौतरफा लिवाल आ रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: prices may increase by Rs 150 per quintal

New Delhi, 30 April (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend in the producing plants of all the areas including Meerut, Khurja, Siyana, Aligarh, Khurja, Charra, Kasganj, Pihova, Palwal, Mewat, Kurukshetra, Kundali and Rai, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee fell down to Rs 8900/9150 per quintal from the last fortnight. Butter 80/82 percent fats also being quoted at Rs 455/475 per kg. This year, the export of butter showed uptrend in the European and the Egyptian countries. Apart from this, the stock of desi ghee and butter has been exporting at the current level, due to this reason, the prices may increment. The market may increase by Rs 150 per quintal during the near future.

नई दिल्ली, 30 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मेरठ खुर्जा सियाना बुलंदशहर अलीगढ़ खुर्जा छर्रा कासगंज पिहोवा पलवल आगरा मेवात कुरुक्षेत्र कुंडली राई सभी क्षेत्रों के उत्पादक प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा वृद्धि हुई है। जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव पिछले एक पखवाड़े से 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन पर नीचे चल रहे हैं। बटर के भाव भी 80-82 प्रतिशत फैट वाले माल के 455/475 रुपए पर तेज बोलने लगे हैं। इस बार यूरोपीय एवं इजिप्ट के देशों में बटर का निर्यात भी बढ़ गया है। देसी घी एवं बटर के निर्यात में लग रहे हैं। इस वजह से और बढ़ने के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं। आगे चलकर बाजार 150 रुपए और बढ़ सकता है।
