New Delhi, 30 April (NNS): The prices of sugar have been quoted at the higher level in UP and weak arrivals of the quota, due to this, the prices of sugar mill delivery went up by Rs 20/25 to Rs 4025/4170 per quintal in the local markets. Similarly, its spot prices also gained in the same ratio to Rs 4375/4500 per quintal. In Mumbai, its prices held firm at Rs 3932/4062 per quintal because of the weak offtake. On seeing the supply and demand, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices and the market may likely to held strong during the near future.

चीनी : मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 30 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) कोटा कम आने एवं यूपी की मिलों द्वारा भाव बढाकर सेल दिए जाने एवं से स्थानीय बाजार मे चीनी मिल डिलीवरी 20/25 रुपए बढ़कर 4025/4170 रुपए तथा हाजिर 4375/4500 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। मुंबई मे बिकवाली घटने इसके भाव 3932/4062 रुपए प्रति कुंतल पर टिके रहे। आपूर्ति व मांग को देखते हुए चीनी की कीमतों में भविष्य में मंदे की संभावना नहीं है। बाजार  मजबूत  रह सकता है।
