New Delhi, 22 April (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced to 1.10 crore litres on daily basis in the plants, due to which, almost 600/610 metric tonnes of desi ghee also been produced regularly, due to this reason, the prices gained by Rs 75/100 per tin and its prices ascended by Rs 150 to Rs 8850/9000 per quintal before three days. Here, the adulterated stock has also been selling out rapidly in the plants which affect the stock of premium quality stock. Its demand seems feeble as per the uptrend in the prices and now, the companies are directly trading the stock. This is the off-season of production. On the other hand, there is a lack of stock in both the markets and the plants. Therefore, the market may show uptrend during the near future.

देसी घी-और तेजी की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 22 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 1.10 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन 600-610 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक हो रहा है। इस वजह से 75/100 रुपए प्रति टीन पिछले सप्ताह बढ़े थे तथा तीन दिन पहले भी 150 रुपए बढ़कर 8850/9000 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए। इधर मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे है, लेकिन उसका प्रभाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी पर पड़ रहा है। इसमें तेजी के हिसाब से बाजारों में ग्राहकी नहीं है, कंपनियों से सीधे व्यापार हो रहा है। उत्पादन का ऑफ सीजन है। वहीं प्लांटो एवं मंडियों में देशी घी तथा बटर का स्टाक नहीं है। अत: बाजार और तेज रहेंगे।

Milk powder: should purchase the stock

New Delhi, 22 April (NNS): There were around 1/1.10 crore litres of liquid milk reported to be supply in the markets of North India on daily basis, due to this reason, the production was around 800/810 metric tonnes. The companies have increased the prices by Rs 10 per kg before 3 days owing to the lack of spot stock and today also, the companies are quoting the superior quality stock at Rs 325/335 per kg. Here, the consumption has also been started increasing in poly pack. The buying of milk powder has also been started for purchasing and the prices improved by Rs 20 per kg on seeing the uptrend in the prices of South India.

दूध पाउडर-खरीद का समय

नई दिल्ली, 22 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आज 1-1.10 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक के करीब हो रही है, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 800-810 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक रह गया है।  हाजिर माल की कमी से 3 दिन पहले कंपनियां 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और बढ़ा दी थी तथा आज भी कंपनियों ने प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 325/335 रु प्रति किलो कर दिए। इधर पॉलीपैक में भी दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ने लगी है। दूध पाउडर  निर्यात हेतु खरीद भी चलने लगी है तथा दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर तेज होने से 20 रु प्रति किलो और बढ़ने की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है।
