New Delhi, 21 April (NNS): There were around 1.5 crore litres of raw milk reported to arrive on daily basis in the plants during the review week. Milk powder prices also improved by Rs 10 per kg due to the weak supply. The weddings have already been started from the current month and the consumption will likely to remain high in summer season. Here, the milk powder has been started consuming constantly because of the higher prices of cow milk powder of South India and weak production, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder showed uptrend in the new month. Here, the premium quality milk powder also being sell at Rs 320/330 per kg and some companies are quoting its prices at Rs 315 per kg respectively. Apart from this, the stock of Maltodextrin and whey powder also improved by Rs 10 to Rs 230/240 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- माल खरीदते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 21 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति करीब एक करोड़ लीटर के करीब दैनिक हुई। आपूर्ति घटने से दूध पाउडर में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी आ गई। चालू माह से शादियां शुरू हो गई है, गर्मी में अतिरिक्त खपत रहेगी। इधर उत्पादन घटने एवं दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर तेज होने  से दूध पाउडर खपत में जाने लगा है, इस वजह से नये माह में भी दूध पाउडर में तेजी लग रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 320/330 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं तथा कुछ कंपनियां 315 रुपए भी बोलने लगी है। मॉल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 10 रुपए बढ़कर 230/240 रुपए बिक रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: will remain high

New Delhi, 21 April (NNS): The export demand of butter seems constant, due to this reason, there was lack of arrival pressure of desi ghee in the plants during the previous week. The upcountry demand of desi ghee in weddings has been started increasing continuously. Here, the companies are producing less amount of desi ghee as the butter prices reported to be at the higher level. Here, the buying of stockists showed improved trend due to the lack of stock, due to this reason, the market will likely to remain high and the trade will be profitable. It is expected that the prices of desi ghee may increase by Rs 200 to Rs 8800/9000 per tin, on seeing this, the market may improve by Rs 10 per kg during the coming 15/20 days during the near future.

देसी घी- तेजी कायम रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 21 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) बटर में निर्यातकों की मांग बनी हुई है जिस कारण प्लांटों में देसी घी का प्रेशर पिछले सप्ताह भी नहीं रहा। देसी घी में शादियों की चालानी मांग निकलने लगी है। इधर देसी घी का उत्पादन कंपनिया, बटर महंगा होने से कम कर रही हैं, लिक्विड दूध भी कम आ रहा है। यहां माल के अभाव में स्टाकिस्टों की लिवाली सुधर गयी है, इस वजह से अभी बाजार कुछ दिन तेज ही रहेगा तथा आगे चलकर भी इसमें व्यापार लाभदायक रहेगा। गत सप्ताह 200 रुपए बढ़कर देसी घी के भाव 8800/9000 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए। अगले 15-20 दिनों में और 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की बढ़त आ सकती है।
