New Delhi, 07 March (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend as compared to before in the producing plants in all the areas including Meerut, Khurja, Siyana, Bulandshehr, Aligarh, Khurja, Charra, Kasganj, Pihova, Palwal, Mewat, Kurukshetra, Kundali and Raai, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee fell down to Rs 8300/8500 per quintal during the last fortnight. Apart from this, the butter stock of fats also softened at Rs 400/405 per kg. This year, the export of butter showed uptrend in the European and the Egypt countries. The production of desi ghee and butter has also been started increasing, due to this reason, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices, but the market may not show downfall during the coming days.

देसी घी-बटर का प्रेशर नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 7 मार्च (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मेरठ खुर्जा सियाना बुलंदशहर अलीगढ़ खुर्जा छर्रा कासगंज पिहोवा पलवल आगरा मेवात कुरुक्षेत्र कुंडली राई सभी क्षेत्रों के उत्पादक प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा वृद्धि हुई है। जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव पिछले एक पखवाड़े से 8300/8500 रुपए प्रति टीन पर नीचे चल रहे हैं। बटर के भाव भी 82 प्रतिशत फैट वाले माल के 400/405 रुपए पर नरम बोलने लगे हैं। इस बार यूरोपीय एवं इजिप्ट के देशों में बटर का निर्यात भी बढ़ गया था। देसी घी एवं बटर के उत्पादन पड़ते लग रहे हैं। इस वजह से अब निकट में तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं है, लेकिन अब और मंदा नहीं है।

Milk powder: no downfall due to the increased production

New Delhi, 07 March (NNS): The availability of liquid milk reported to high in the plants of North India, due to this reason, the procurement prices eased by Re 1 to Rs 53/54 and the companies have purchased the stock at Rs 56 per kg respectively as the full-fledged plants have been ruling in the markets. There were around two crore litres of liquid milk reported to be supply on daily basis in the plants. Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the current level. Presently, the milk powder of South India has been selling at the lower level in the markets.

दूध पाउडर-उत्पादन बढ़ने से मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 7 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अपेक्षाकृत प्लांटों में अच्छी हो रही है, जिस कारण प्लांट फुल क्षमता में चलने से प्रोक्योरमेंट चालू सप्ताह एक रुपए प्रति किलो घटाकर 53/54 एवं वीएलसी 56 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने खरीद किया। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति दो करोड़ लीटर उत्तर भारत के प्लांटो में दैनिक हो रही है। अत: वर्तमान भाव में माल  जरूरत के अनुसार ही खरीदना चाहिए। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर भी वर्तमान भाव पर घटाकर बिकवाल आ रहे हैं।
