New Delhi, 19 February (NNS):  The supply of liquid milk increased to 2.25 crore litres on daily basis in the powder plants, in which, around 1625/1650 tonnes of milk powder reported to be produce regularly. Recently, the prices of liquid milk eased by Re 1 to Rs 53/55 per kg. During the current week, milk powder prices reduced by Rs 10 to Rs 285/295 per kg due to the unfavourable export demand. There, the cow milk powder of south India also being traded between Rs 230/235 per kg. However, the stock of cow milk powder is being exported in Oman, Manila, Bangladesh along with other gulf countries from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.

दूध पाउडर-उत्पादन में वृद्धि से मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 19 फरवरी (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति पाउडर प्लांटों में बढ़कर सवा दो करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, जिसमें दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 1625-1650 टन दैनिक हो रहा है। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी हाल ही में एक रुपए घटकर 53/55 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गये हैं। निर्यात मांग भी अनुकूल होने से 10 रुपए चालू सप्ताह दूध पाउडर के भाव घटकर 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं। दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां 230/235 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी अनुसार बिक रहे हैं। हालांकि महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु से काऊ मिल्क पाउडर का निर्यात मनीला ओमान बंगला देश सहित खाड़ी के देशों के लिए हो रहा है।

Desi ghee: no more downfall

New Delhi, 19 February (NNS): The export of butter showed uptrend as compared to the last two weeks. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk expected to be increase, despite this, the demand of desi ghee showed downfall due to the higher consumption of weddings and mahakumbh, but there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices. The prices reduced by Rs 10 per kg during the current week. The quantity and availability of fats in liquid milk has been increasing constantly and the prices may not show more downfall on seeing the export of butter and consumption.

देसी घी- और मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 19 फरवरी (एनएनएस) पिछले दो माह से बटर का निर्यात भी अपेक्षाकृत बढ़ा हुआ है। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में और वृद्धि की संभावना प्रबल हो गई है। इसके बावजूद भी महाकुंभ एवं शादियों का दौर जबरदस्त खपत रहने से अपेक्षाकृत देसी घी में मंदा कम आया है, लेकिन अब यहां से और घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। चालू सप्ताह भी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो का मंदा हो गया है। लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि एवं उसमें फैट्स की मात्रा लगातार 2 महीने बढ़ गई है, तथापि खपत व बटर के निर्यात को देखते हुए और मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं लग रही है।
