New Delhi, 11 February (NNS): The stockists are not taking risk in the trade at Rs 8500/8700 per tin in North India. Here, the sale of butter seems weak in the plants as compared to before because the prices of butter reported to be weak in the international markets, due to which, the export seems feeble, due to this reason, the stored stock of desi ghee has been started increasing to the companies and in the companies. Apart from this, the old stock has also been selling out constantly. Here, the consumption of weddings along with mahakumbh showed uptrend, but the market showed soft trend on seeing the production.

देसी घी -बटर में खामोशी

नई दिल्ली, 11 फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में स्टाकिस्टों को 8500/8700 रुपए प्रति टीन देसी घी खरीदने में रिस्क कारोबारी मान रहे हैं। इधर प्लांटों में बटर की बिक्री पहले की अपेक्षा कम हो गई है। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भारतीय बटर के भाव सुस्त हो गए हैं, जिससे निर्यात कम हो रहा है। यही कारण है कि देसी घी का स्टॉक व्यापारियों एवं कंपनियों में बढ़ने लगा है तथा पुराना माल पहले का कम बिक रहा है। इधर शादियों के साथ-साथ महाकुंभ में भी देसी घी खपत बढ़ गई है, लेकिन उत्पादन को देखते हुए अभी बाजार नरम लग रहा है।

Milk powder: no downfall in the near future

New Delhi, 11 February (NNS): The upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be good from the companies, due to which, liquid milk have been ruling at Rs 53/56 per litre from the manufacturing companies. The manufacturing companies are not doing competitive buying because the stock of milk powder is being available at the lower level in the markets of North India, and the stock of weak prices have reached to Prayagraj, due to this reason, the supply from the small companies have already been over, due to this reason, the prices may not show more downtrend. Presently the premium quality milk powder is being traded at Rs 295/305 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-भविष्य में और मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 11 फरवरी (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में महाकुंभ की चालानी मांग कंपनियों से अच्छी चल रही है, जिससे क्वालिटी अनुसार लिक्विड दूध निर्माता कंपनियों को 53/56 रुपए प्रति लीटर चल रहे हैं। निर्माता कंपनियों को अभी बढ़िया दूध की खरीद में ज्यादा प्रतिस्पर्धा नहीं करनी पड़ रही है, क्योंकि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पर्याप्त मात्रा में उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में सस्ते भाव में आने लगे हैं तथा प्रयागराज भी सस्ते भाव के पहुंचने लगे हैं। इस वजह से छोटी कंपनियों की आपूर्ति पूरी हो रही है, जिससे बाजार में और मंदे की धारणा बन गई है। इस समय प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो रह गए हैं।
