New Delhi, 13 December (NNS):The demand of both butter and desi ghee has been started decreasing  as there will be no weddings, whereas, the companies have declined the prices of premium quality desi ghee by Rs 150 per tin during the previous day, but now, its prices held firm at Rs 8000/8250 per tin owing to the increased supply of liquid milk. It is expected that the market may decrease after the increased availability of desi ghee in the near future, in these circumstances, it is profitable to trade as per the needs. The availability of liquid milk seems high as compared to the previous week in the plants of North India.

देसी घी- अभी बिक्री के हिसाब से खरीदिए

नई दिल्ली, 13 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) बटर एवं देसी घी में शादियों के समापन का समय होने से मांग कमजोर होने लगी है, वहीं 10 दिन से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में वृद्धि होने से पिछले दिनों जो 150 रुपए प्रति टीन घटाकर कंपनियों ने व्यापार किया था, उसी भाव पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 8000/8250 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके हुए हैं। भविष्य में देसी घी की उपलब्धि बढ़ने पर बाजार और घट सकते हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में स्टॉक की बजाय जरूरत का ही व्यापार करना चाहिए। उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में आज भी पिछले सप्ताह की तुलना में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अधिक रही।

Milk powder: should purchase as per the sale

New Delhi, 13 December (NNS): There were around1.25 litres of raw milk reported to be supply in the plants of Bihar, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and MP. Now, the manufacturing companies are not facing a lot of problems in purchasing the stock of liquid milk as compared to the previous week. Some light taxes have already been returned by the companies. Now, the consumption of milk powder will remain weak in the next one month because the wedding season will be temporarily off due to the kharmas, on seeing this, the companies have decreased the prices by Rs 10 per kg. Presently, the premium quality milk powder remained firm at Rs 285/295 per kg. It is profitable trade as per the sale.

दूध पाउडर- बिक्री के हिसाब से खरीदिए

नई दिल्ली, 13 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश एवं बिहार के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति करीब सवा करोड़ लीटर के करीब हुई। पिछले सप्ताह की तुलना में अब लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में निर्माता कंपनियों को आसानी होने लगी है। कुछ हल्के टैंकर वापस भी कंपनियों ने कर दिए। अब अगले एक महीने तक ही दूध पाउडर क खपत नहीं रहेगी। क्योंकि खरमास के चलते शाये बंद ही रहेंगे, इसे देखकर कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए दूध पाउडर के भाव घट सकते हैं, वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं। यहां से बिक्री के हिसाब से ही व्यापार करना चाहिये।
