New Delhi, 26 November (NNS): There were around one crore litre of raw milk reported to arrive in North India. The manufacturing price of milk powder seems high for the companies because of the higher prices of liquid milk. However, the milk powder of Maharashtra also ruling at Rs 245/250 per kg, due to this, the prices of milk powder remained stable at the same level in North India because the selling of the stock of North India seems feeble as comparatively on seeing the difference of Rs 50 per kg, due to this reason, the companies are selling the stock of milk powder at the previous level, despite all this, the prices may not show more downfall due to the weak arrivals of the stock.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 26 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति एक करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो रही है। लिक्विड दूध के ऊंचे भाव होने से कंपनियों को दूध पाउडर बनाने में लागत महंगी पड़ रही है। हालांकि महाराष्ट्र के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर 245/250 रुपए प्रति किलो बिकने से उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर के भाव एक बार फिर ठहर गए हैं, क्योंकि 50 रुपए प्रति किलो का अंतर हो जाने से उत्तर भारत के माल अपेक्षाकृत कम बिक रहे हैं। इस वजह से कंपनियां बढ़ाने की बजाय पुराने भाव पर दूध पाउडर बेच रही है। इन सब के बावजूद भी स्टॉक में अभी नहीं जाने से कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।

Desi ghee: rapid selling of adulterated stock

New Delhi, 26 November (NNS): The production of new desi ghee seems high as comparatively. Apart from this, the adulterated stock is being sell at the sluggish level in the markets, due to this reason, the sale of pure stock does not seems favourable. Here, the cooperatives are not selling the butter stock at the lower level. The full-fledged plants will likely to run after some time. The adulterated stock has also been selling out rapidly and the availability of liquid milk does not seems favourable as per the processing, due to which, there is a lack of poly pack stock for the consumption of the consumers. In this situation, the premium quality stock of desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8200/8400 per quintal because of the lack of stock.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल की बिक्री धड़ल्ले से

नई दिल्ली, 26 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) नया देसी घी का उत्पादन पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ रहा है, इसके अलावा मिलावटी माल का प्रेशर मंडियों में सस्ते भाव पर बिक रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि प्योर माल की बिक्री अनुकूल नहीं है, इधर बटर की भारी कमी से कोआपरेटिव्स भी घटाकर देसी घी में बिकवाल नहीं है। प्लांटों को क्षमता के अनुरूप चलने में अभी और समय लगेगा। मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि प्रोसेसिंग के अनुरूप नहीं है, जिससे  उपभोक्ताओं की खपत के लिए पॉलीपैक की भी सरप्लस नहीं है। इस स्थिति में शॉर्टेज की स्थिति में बाजार में  प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8200/8400 रुपए प्रति टीन पर कुछ ठहराव लग रहा है।
