New Delhi, 01 November (NNS): The supply of milk powder has been started arriving constantly, but almost 80 percent of the plants of North India have already been started, due to this, there is a shortage of the stock, due to this reason, recently, the prices gained by Re 1 per kg. Now, there is a lack of arrival pressure of the new stock of milk powder and the stock of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu has not been available at the lower level in North India, in these circumstances, the prices remained stable at the same level. The liquid milk packers are getting its huge amount of profit. The full-fledged plants will likely to start after some time.

दूध पाउडर- अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव कायम

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगी है, लेकिन एक साथ उत्तर भारत के 80 प्रतिशत प्लांट चल जाने से लिक्विड दूध शॉर्टेज में आ गया है, जिस वजह से हाल ही में एक रुपए प्रति लीटर की तेजी आ गई है। अभी दूध पाउडर का प्रेशर ज्यादा नहीं है तथा महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर भी और घटाकर उत्तर भारत में नहीं मिल रहे हैं इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार कुछ दिन यहां ठहराव लिए टिका रहेगा। इसका लाभ लिक्विड दूध पैकिंग करने वालों को ज्यादा मिल रहा है। फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी विलंब होगा।

Desi ghee: festival consumption will remain constant

New Delhi, 01 November (NNS): The prices of desi ghee have been started increasing constantly during the last some days in North India because the season seems favorable in North India, due to this, theproduction of liquid milk has been started increasing constantly. The production reported to be at the higher level in the milch cattle and the availability of stock has also been started increasing, in this situation, the supply of liquid milk seems easy. Now, there is a shortage of liquid milk owing to the running of the plants, due to which, the full fledged plants will likely to start after 20/22 days. The new stock of butter has also been started producing, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8200/8500 per quintal including GST and the prices may show more downfall on seeing the chatt pooja.

देसी घी- त्योहारी खपत रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की वृद्धि हो गई है, क्योंकि उत्तर भारत में सीजन अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध निरंतर उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, दुधारू पशुओं में व्यांत पीक स्थिति में है तथा आने वाले समय में उपलब्धि और बढ़ने वाली है, इस स्थिति में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुगम हो जाएगी। अभी एक साथ प्लांट चलने से लिक्विड की शॉर्टेज बन गई है, जिससे फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी 20-22 दिन का समय और लगेगा, नया बटर अब बनने लगा है, इस वजह से जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 8200/8500 रुपए के बीच जीएसटी पैड बिक रहा है, इसमें छठ पूजा की मांग को देखकर अभी मंदा नहीं है।
