New Delhi, 22 October (NNS): The production of new stock of desi ghee has been stared increasing constantly. Apart from this, the arrival pressure of the adulterated stock seems high at the lower level, due to this reason, the sale of original stock reported to be unfavourable, here, the cooperatives are not selling their stock at the lower level.  The plants will likely to start after 15/16 days. The adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the plants and the availability of liquid milk has also been started increasing constantly, due to which, huge amount of stock has been selling out in the poly pack for the consumption. In this situation, the premium quality desi ghee also being available at Rs 7900/8400 per quintal and the prices will likely to remain firm at the same level during the coming days.

देसी घी- मिलावटी माल की बिक्री बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 22 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) नया देसी घी का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, इसके अलावा मिलावटी माल का प्रेशर मंडियों में सस्ते भाव पर बना हुआ है। यही कारण है कि ओरिजिनल माल की बिक्री अनुकूल नहीं है, इधर कोआपरेटिव्स भी अब घटाकर देसी घी में बिकवाल नहीं है। हम मानते हैं कि प्लांट क्षमता के अनुरूप चलने में 15-16 दिन का और समय लगेगा। मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि तेजी से बढ़ने लगी है, जिससे उपभोक्ताओं की खपत के लिए पॉलीपैक की भी पूर्ति प्रचुर मात्रा में होने लगी है रहेगी। इस स्थिति में शॉर्टेज की स्थिति में बाजार में बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 7900/8400 रु प्रति टीन में कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।

Milk powder: no more downtrend for some days

New Delhi, 22 October (NNS): Here, the prices of milk powder have been ruling at Rs 235/240 per kg, due to this, its prices remained stable at the same level in North India because, the selling of the stock seems weak as comparatively in North India owing to the difference of Rs 50/60 per kg. On the other hand, the stock of Tamil Nadu is being sell at the higher level there and the milk powder of Maharashtra also has been exported on seeing the downfall in the prices, in these circumstances, there is a shortage of stock to the stockists and tin the powder plants of North India, due to which, the prices of milk powder remained stable at Rs 295/305 per kg. Here, the sale of diwali seems constant, due to which, the prices may not show more downfall. The availability of liquid milk seems high, on seeing this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर- कुछ दिन और मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 22 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) महाराष्ट्र के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर 235/240 रुपए प्रति किलो बिकने से उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर के भाव एक बार फिर ठहर गए हैं क्योंकि 50-60 रुपए प्रति किलो का अंतर हो जाने से उत्तर भारत के माल अपेक्षाकृत कम बिक रहे हैं। वहीं तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर भी वहां कुछ महंगे बिक रहे हैं, महाराष्ट्र का दूध पाउडर नीचे होने के चलते निर्यात में जा रहा है। इन परिस्थितियों में उत्तर भारत का दूध पाउडर प्लांटों व स्टॉकिस्टों के पास स्टॉक में ज्यादा नहीं है, जिससे भी दूध पाउडर के भाव 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं, इधर दिवाली की बिक्री चल रही है, जिससे कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं लग रहा है। आगे चलकर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ेगी, इसे देखते हुए अभी माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
