New Delhi, 29 May (NNS): The government has allotted 25.50 lakh tones quota for the month of June which is 1.50 lakh tones less than the previous year. In the local markets, the prices of  sugar mill delivery remained firm at Rs 3850/3940 per quintal. Similarly, spot sugar prices also held firm at Rs 4225/4350 per quintal. In Mumbai, the prices of sugar S-grade and M-grade remained stable at Rs 3732/3822 and Rs 3800/3932 per quintal respectively because of the weak demand. The spot sugar prices will likely to remain stable at the same level during the coming days.

नई दिल्ली, 29 मई (एनएनएस)  सरकार द्वारा जून माह के लिए खुली बिक्री हेतु 25.50 लाख टन का कोटा आवंटित किया गया है जो मई माह की तुलना में 1.50 लाख टन कम है । स्थानीय बाजार में मिल डिलीवरी चीनी के भाव 3850/3940 रुपए तथा हाजिर में 4225/4350 रुपए प्रति कुंतल बोले गए। मुंबई में मांग घटने से चीनी एस ग्रेड के भाव 3732/3822 रूपये तथा एम ग्रेड के भाव 3800/3932 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल बोले गए। बाजार वर्तमान भाव के आसपास रुका रह सकता है।
