New Delhi, 19 May (NNS): The prices of liquid milk have been ruling at the higher level during the previous week, due to this, almost 82/83 percent of the plants are went under maintenance on seeing its higher prices. Both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be high in the consumer pack, due to which, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 325/335 per kg in the previous month. Now, there is a lack of arrival pressure of the stored stock. Here, the plants are competitively purchasing the stock of liquid milk at Rs 61/62 per litre from the manufacturing companies. The manufacturing companies are purchasing the best quality stock after including bonus. The further wedding consumption will likely to remain high and it is expected that the market may show uptrend during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-सीजन ऑफ से आपूर्ति घटी

नई दिल्ली, 19 मई (एनएनएस) दक्षिण भारत का मिल्क पाउडर, पहले की अपेक्षा उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में महंगा पड़ रहा है। दूसरी ओर वर्तमान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में और घट गयी है, जिस कारण पिछले दिनों बढ़ने के बाद भाव ठहर गए हैं। उत्पादन व खपत को देखते हुए 320/330 रुपए प्रति किलो का जो दूध पाउडर बिक रहा है, उसमें अभी ठहरकर 20 रुपए की और तेजी लग रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर की लोडिंग चल रही हैं, जिससे वहीं पर भाव बढ़ाकर बोलने लगे है। वहीं शादियां जोरों पर चल रही हैं, जिससे अगले सप्ताह से बाजार पुन: तेज लग रहा है।

Desi ghee: uptrend after some days

New Delhi, 19 May (NNS): There is a shortage of liquid milk in North India, due to this; most of the plants have already been closed. On the other hand,the companies have increased the prices of desi ghee by Rs 150 to Rs 8900/9150 per quintal in the previous month due to the constant buying from the stockists. Now, the market remained stable at the same level from the last 15/20 days. Now, the export demand of butter reported to be constant for Egypt because the prices of Indian butter showed uptrend in the international markets, due to this reason, there is a lack of stored stock in both the plants and the traders. Apart from this, the old stock has already been sold out in the markets. Here, the consumption of desi ghee showed uptrend in the weddings. Therefore, the market will likely to remain high during the coming days.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन बाद तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 19 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत  में लिक्विड दूध कमी बन गई है, जिससे अधिकतर प्लांट बंद हो गए हैं। दूसरी ओर स्टॉकिस्टों की लिवाली से पिछले महीने कंपनियों ने 150 रुपये बढ़ाकर 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन देसी घी के भाव कर दिए थे। अभी 15-20 दिनों से बाजार टिका हुआ है। अभी इजिप्ट के लिए बटर का निर्यात मांग बनी हुई है, क्योंकि अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भारतीय बटर के भाव तेज हो गए हैं। यही कारण है कि देसी घी का स्टॉक व्यापारियों एवं प्लांटों में कम है तथा पुराना माल पहले समाप्त हो गया है। इधर शादियों में भी देसी घी खपत बढ़ गई है। अत: आगे बाजार और तेज लग रहा है।
