New Delhi, 13 May (NNS): The prices of milk powder remained stable at the same level after the increment of Rs 10 per kg during the last fortnight. Here, the prices went up by $20/25 in the international markets, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices at the higher level, due to this reason, the market showed uptrend. There were around 72/73 lakh litres of liquid milk reported to supply on daily basis from which almost 560/570 tonnes of milk powder has been produced on daily basis. The trade should not be done at the lower level on seeing the summer season. Both the local and the upcountry demand has been started improving in the plants. On the other hand, appropriate amount of milk powder has been stared exporting constantly, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality remained stable at Rs 325/335 per kg. The stock of maltodextrin and whey powder also being sold at Rs 230/240 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- और बढ़ने के आसार

नई दिल्ली, 13 मई (एनएनएस) गत एक पखवाड़े में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की दूध पाउडर में तेजी के बाद ठहराव बना हुआ है। इधय अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों के 20-25 डॉलर की हाल ही में तेजी आ गई है, जिस कारण  लगातार कंपनियां बढ़ाकर भाव बोलने लगी हैं। यही कारण है की बाजार सुर्ख हो गया है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 72-73 लाख लीटर के करीब दैनिक रह गई है, जिसमें दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 560-570 टन के करीब दैनिक रह गया है। आगे गर्मी को देखते हुए वर्तमान भाव पर मंदे का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए। प्लांटों में लोकल एवं चालानी मांग सुधरने लगी है। दूसरी ओर निर्यात में भी महाराष्ट्र का दूध पाउडर पर्याप्त मात्रा में जाने लगा है, जिस कारण 325/335 रुपए प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के टिके हुए हैं। माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 230/240 रुपए किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: may show more uptrend

New Delhi, 13 May (NNS): There were around 72/73 lakh litres of raw milk reported to arrive on daily basis. Recently, the prices of milk powder improved by Re 1 per kg, due to this reason, the production cost reported to be at the higher level. The main thing is that the stock of butter has been started exporting and the companies are getting  huge amount of profit from it, due to this reason, most of the companies are producing less amount of desi ghee. The market remained close with the uptrend of Rs 150///17555 per tin in the last fortnight. Apart from this, the prices of premium quality desi ghee also being traded at Rs 8900/9100 per tin on seeing the consumption and production of desi ghee and there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the near future.

देसी घी- और महंगा होगा

नई दिल्ली, 13 मई (एनएनएस) कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 72-73 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो रही है। हाल ही में दूध के भाव एक रुपया लीटर महंगे हो जाने से देसी घी की उत्पादन लागत काफी महंगी हो गई है। महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि बटर का निर्यात हो रहा है तथा कंपनियों को बटर बेचने में लाभ मिल रहा है। इस वजह से अधिकतर कंपनियां देशी घी कम बना रही हैं। पिछले एक एक पखवाड़े में 150/175 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए बंद हुआ है, आगे देसी घी की खपत एवं उत्पादन को देखते हुए जो वर्तमान में 8900/9100 रुपए प्रति टीन प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का घी बिक रहा है, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है।
