New Delhi, 28 May (NNS): The liquid milk is being purchase by the chilling plants at the lower level as compared to the same period of the previous year, but the companies have increased the prices of desi ghee by Rs 10 per kg during the previous days because of the shortage of the liquid milk during the last fortnight.  Most of the stock has been selling out in the poly pack because  the chilling plants are doing huge amount of processing for the demand from the consumers. There is a lack of butter stock in the plants and also a shortage of desi ghee in the markets, due to which, the market will likely to remain high. Presently, most of the plants are doing processing of the stock. In contrary to this, both the poly packers and the chilling plants are purchasing the stock of liquid milk for supply, due to this reason, the production of desi ghee and butter reported to be over in the companies, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee went up by Rs 150 to Rs 7900/8100 per tin.

देसी घी-अभी मार्केट में शॉर्टेज

नई दिल्ली, 28 मई (एनएनएस) गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में लिक्विड दूध, चिलिंग प्लाटों में सस्ती खरीद हो रही है, लेकिन पिछले एक पखवाड़े में पाउडर प्लाटों को लिक्विड दूध की कमी से कंपनियों ने पिछले दिनों देसी घी के भाव 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ा दिए। लिक्विड दूध की कमी से कंपनियां एक रुपए लीटर बढ़ाकर 55/56 रुपए प्रति किलो खरीद करने लगी है। अधिकतर दूध पॉली पैक में जा रहा है, क्योंकि उपभोक्ताओं की मांग हेतु चिलिंग प्लांट ही अधिक प्रोसेसिंग कर रहे हैं। बटर का स्टॉक प्लांटों में नहीं है तथा घी भी स्टॉक में कम है, जिससे बाजार में तेजी रहेगी। वर्तमान भाव में अधिकतर प्लांट प्रोसेसिंग नहीं कर रहे हैं। वहीं लिक्विड दूध में पोली पैकर्स एवं चिलिंग प्लांटों को अभी भी सप्लाई के लिए खरीदना जरूरी है। यही कारण है कि कंपनियों में देसी घी एवं बटर का अभी भी उत्पादन बंद हो गया है। इस वजह से 150 रुपए बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 7900/8100 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं।

Milk powder: should trade constantly

New Delhi, 28 May (NNS): The prices of liquid milk improved by Re 21 to Rs 55/56 per kg due to the increment in the temperature, due to which, milk powder prices rose to Rs 285/295 per kg during the previous week. The demand of milk powder showed uptrend at the current level on seeing the daily consumption from the food manufacturing companies

दूध पाउडर-व्यापार करते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 28 मई (एनएनएस) वर्तमान में तापमान बढ़ने से लिक्विड दूध के भाव एक रुपया और बढ़कर 55/56 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं, जिसके चलते दूध पाउडर भी पिछले सप्ताह बढ़कर 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गये हैं। खाद्य पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की दिन प्रति दिन खपत को देखते हुए वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में मांग बढ़ गई है। इधर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी 2850/2880 डॉलर प्रति टन दूध पाउडर के भाव तेजी लिए चल रहे हैं। इस वजह से निर्यात पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गया है। अत: वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में थोड़ा ठहरकर फिर 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और बढ़त बन सकती है, लेकिन बढ़े भाव पर माल भी बेचते रहना चाहिए, क्योंकि एक महीने अभी शादियां नहीं हैं।
