New Delhi, 14 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend in Meerut, Khurja, Siyana, Bulandshehr, Aligarh, Khurja, Charra, Kasganj, Pihova, Palwal, Agra, Mewat, Kundali, Kurukshetra and Rai including all the producing plants, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee fell down to Rs 8900/9150 per tin in the last fortnight. The prices of butter 80/82 percent fats also being quoted at Rs 465/475 per kg. This year, the export of butter showed uptrend for the European and the Egypt countries. Apart from this, both the desi ghee and butter stock has been exporting constantly, due to this reason, the prices  may show uptrend and it is expected that the market may increase by Rs 150 per quintal, but it is profitable to trade the stock at the current level.

नई दिल्ली, 14 मई (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मेरठ खुर्जा सियाना बुलंदशहर अलीगढ़ खुर्जा छर्रा कासगंज पिहोवा पलवल आगरा मेवात कुरुक्षेत्र कुंडली राई सभी क्षेत्रों के उत्पादक प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा वृद्धि हुई है। जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव पिछले एक पखवाड़े से 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन पर नीचे चल रहे हैं। बटर के भाव भी 80-82 प्रतिशत फैट वाले माल के 465/475 रुपए पर तेज बोलने लगे हैं। इस बार यूरोपीय एवं इजिप्ट के देशों में बटर का निर्यात भी बढ़ गया है। देसी घी एवं बटर के निर्यात में लग रहे हैं। इस वजह से और बढ़ने के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं। आगे चलकर बाजार 150 रुपए और बढ़ सकता है, लेकिन इतने ऊंचे भाव में मुनाफा भी लेते रहना चाहिए।

New Delhi, 14 May (NNS): The availability of liquid milk seems weak in North India, due to this, almost 70 percent of the plants are gone for maintenance, due to this reason, the companies have procured the stock after the increment of Re 1 to Rs 59/60 per kg owing to the shortage o the stock in the consumer pipe. In VLC, the companies are purchasing the stock at Rs 61 per kg. The supply of liquid milk went down to 75/76 lakh litres on daily basis Here, the premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 325/335 per kg. Therefore, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level for the storage. The all-round traders are started purchasing the stock of milk powder of South India.

दूध पाउडर-मुनाफा भी लेते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 14 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि प्लांटों में कम रह जाने से 70 प्रतिशत प्लांट मेंटिनेस में जा चुके हैं, जिस कारण उपभोक्ता पाइप में भी लिक्विड दूध नहीं मिलने से प्रोक्योरमेंट चालू सप्ताह एक रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ाकर 59/60 एवं वीएलसी 61 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने  किया। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 75-76 लाख लीटर उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में दैनिक रह गई है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में स्टाक के लिए खरीदना चाहिए। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर में भी वर्तमान भाव चौतरफा लिवाल आ रहे हैं।
